Participation in this “MacArthur Central Lunar New Year 2019 – Good Fortune Cherry Tree” Promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All times stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are based on QLD local time. ELIGIBILITY 2. Subject to condition 3, this Promotion is only open to QLD residents aged 18 years or over. 3. The following are ineligible: (i) employees of the Promoter or any of the tenants or retailers in MacArthur Central Shopping Centre (“Participating Centre”) or any of the Promoter’s agencies that are associated with the Promotion; (ii) the spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions. PROMOTION PERIOD 4. This Promotion commences at 7:00am on 04/02/2019 and ends at 11:59pm on 08/02/2019 (“Promotion Period”). HOW TO PARTICIPATE 5. For the purposes of this promotion, there will be one (1) Cherry Blossom Tree (referred to as “Cherry Tree”) on display on the Lower Ground during the promotion period 6. To enter this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, undertake the steps outlined below: Make an eligible purchase (a transaction of at least $20.00AUD) at a participating retailer (any MacArthur Central Retailers excluding BIG W and WOOLWORTHS). Take the receipt to the Cherry Tree between the hours of 10am and 6pm on 04/02/2019 to 08/02/2019. Show the receipt to the Promotions Staff identified by branded t-shirt at the tree location who will stamp the eligible purchase receipt. Select and collect the Lucky Red Envelope (containing one (1) prize from the prize list) from the Cherry Tree. LIMITS ON ENTRY 7.
