 4. Claims are only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, who have fully and validly completed the registration page.

How to Claim & Coffee Offer Details:
   »The offer involves the award of a free coffee at the site nominated after completing our online subscription form. This offer is valid for one small size coffee only. This offer is valid one coffee per person.
»To claim this offer, the claimant must, during the redemption period, visit the HomeStart Finance Stand and present the offer (stand located in the foyer at Priceline Stadium, 155 Railway Terrace, Mile End) to one of our HomeStart representatives.
»The offer can be presented via mobile device or in printed format. Once presented to a HomeStart representative the claimant will receive a printed coffee voucher, which will need to be handed to staff when at the Priceline Stadium Café for free coffee redemption.
»Please note this offer is not valid with any other offer or discount.
»The offer must be claimed within the noted redemption period and valid to the first 200 valid subscriptions.
»This offer is not exchangeable or transferable or redeemable for cash.
Conditions of Claim:

 1. The claimant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Claim and that claiming the coffee offer in the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Claim (which includes the Schedule). This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

 2. Claims are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the claimant.

 3. Valid and eligible coffee offer claims from registered claimants will be accepted.

 4. Valid for the first two hundred (200) subscriptions that are presented to a HomeStart representative during the redemption period and have collected a printed free coffee voucher.

 5. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify suspend the promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify the coffee offer in this promotion.

 6. HomeStart Finance reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of claims and claimant's details (including a claimant's identity).

 7. In the event that a claimant cannot provide suitable proof as required by the HomeStart to validate their claim, the claimant will forfeit the coffee offer in whole and no substitute will be offered.

 8. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible claims, as applicable, will at the HomeStart's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to claim the offer.

 9. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and may render all claims submitted by that individual invalid.

 10. By accepting these terms and conditions you are agreeing to receive email material from HomeStart Finance in regard to other competitions, community events and HomeStart products and events. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.

 11. HomeStart staff and their immediate families are not permitted to enter this competition.
