8. Entry Restrictions

Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent and the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian.
Entrants must be able to collect the prize from the Station or as specified by the Promoter.
Entrants must be able to attend the event on Thursday 13th February 2020 at Suncorp Stadium. Entrants unavailable to attend will forfeit their entry.
9. How to enter
Phone entry:
At various times during the Competition Period:
(a) listeners will be invited to call 07 3223 0973 during a specified time period;
(b) entrants who successfully call 07 3223 0973 and are selected by the Promoter (in its absolute discretion) will be asked to tell what wacky, weird, funny or crazy thing their Dad does that makes him unique to a representative of the station; and
(c) if the representative of the station believes the story to be interesting or funny enough (in its absolute discretion), and puts the listener to air, they will be asked to re tell their story to Bianca, Mike and Bob; and,
(d) From the callers they receive that are put to air within the competition segment Bianca, Mike and Bob will select what they believe is the best story (in their absolute discretion) and the listener will be awarded the prize for that day.

    12. Judging Criteria
    Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, how funny, weird, wacky, crazy and/or unique it is.
    13: Prize Details
 There are up to 5 prizes to be won, as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Winners: 2 Tickets to Queen with Adam Lambert – The Rhapsody Tour on Thursday 13th February 2020, Suncorp Stadium valued at up to $492 (inc GST)
Friday Winner: 2 On Stage Opera Experience +Backstage Tour experience at Queen with Adam Lambert – The Rhapsody Tour on Thursday 13th February 2020, Suncorp Stadium valued at up to $3150 (inc GST)

   Up to $5,118 inc GST
     15: Winner Notification
      Winners will be notified on air at the time of winning then via text message.
    16: Prize Claim and Delivery
    Prize/s must be claimed by Friday 10th January 2020 from 40 McDougall St, Milton, 4064. Any prizes not claimed by that time will be forfeited.
    17. Special conditions
    Events
• Entrants must be able to attend event on Thursday 13th
February 2020 at Suncorp Stadium. Entrants unavailable to attend will forfeit their entry.
• Once a winner has been allocated tickets to an event, they are ineligible to win any additional tickets to the same event.
If a prize comprises tickets or attendance at any function or event, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability in respect of the function or event. Should the function or event be cancelled, postponed or otherwise varied, including but not limited to by the substitution of the promoted performers, then the Promoter has no responsibility to provide alternate or substitute tickets or to provide any cash equivalent in substitute for the tickets. The winner will in all respects be bound by and comply with the terms and conditions applicable to such event or performance including but not limited to the requirements for responsible service of alcohol and the right of the Promoter, the organiser of such a function or event or their respective contractors or representatives the right to refuse the winner and/or any guests of the winner entry or service.
Where a prize includes backstage or other opportunities to meet performers or celebrities, all such opportunities are at the discretion of the relevant artist or celebrity and their management and the Promoter will not be responsible or liable in the event that such meet and greet opportunities do not take place and no replacement tickets, cash substitute or other compensation will be payable in any form by the Promoter in these circumstances.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for changes or cancellations to the prize or any elements which are outside its control.
