Terms and Conditions:

Instructions on ‘how to enter’ and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to residents of Australia over the age of 18 who spend in the below participating centres: Jindalee Home; Logan Super Centre; Macgregor Home; Sunshine Coast Home.

Entry is available after a purchase is made from any retailer at the above-mentioned participating centres during the promotional period by entering your information via the above-mentioned centres websites. Only digital entries permitted.

Only one entry per customer per day on a single receipted transaction. Another entry permitted on subsequent days.
Bonus entries for customers may or may not be activated during the period of the promotion.

There is one prize for the state: 5 return flights to Los Angles, USA, Accommodation, Disneyland Anaheim entry passes, plus $1,000 AUD spending money. Prize is not transferrable for cash.

Departing and return flights will all be from Brisbane International Airport.

Each element of the prize listed above may be subject to availability and is further subject to any Prize Limitations listed under these terms and conditions. Each prize is valued in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST (if any) as at 01/09/2019. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in the value of a prize.

Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter – Aventus Group, retailers and agencies associated with Aventus Group and participating centres are ineligible.

Promotion opens 9am AEDT on Monday 2 September and closes 9.00pm AEDT on Sunday 10 November 2019 with entry only available during this promotional period on receipt of validated spend at participating centres.

Winner will be drawn randomly via a random draw on Monday 11 November 2019, at Logan Super Centre, Centre Management, 3525 Pacific Hwy, Slacks Creek, Qld, 2019. The prize winner will be notified by phone. Winner’s names will be published on the centre websites on 12 November 2019 after 12noon EST.

Winner must be available to claim prize on 14 November or a redraw will occur. In the event of a redraw it will occur on Friday 15 November 2018, at Jindalee Home, Centre Management, 34 Goggs Rd, Jindalee, Qld 4074. Winner’s names will be published on the centre websites on 18 November 2019 after 12noon EST.

Customers must present ID to confirm identity and the original receipt to claim prize.

Contact with the promoter to claim the prize must be initiated prior to 1st March 2020.

Prize Limitations: Prize is an event-based prize that must be co-ordinated by 1st March 2020.

Winners and guests are solely responsible for any costs associated with travel to and from the Brisbane International airport.

Visas (including ESTAs), valid passports, taxes, additional spending money, meals and beverages (other than those included), vaccinations, insurance, insurance excesses, transport to and from departure/return point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and any other ancillary costs not listed in the prize package above are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated guests as incurred. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of winning a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not refundable or transferable. Winners are responsible for any amendment’s fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Winners and guests must have comprehensive valid travel insurance, applicable vaccinations, passports (with a minimum of 6 months validity prior to departure) and any requisite visas for their period of travel.

During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The winner and their guests must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together at all times. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Winners and their guests may be required to present a credit card at time of accommodation check in.

If for any reason a winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason a winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take a prize (or an element of a prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. Any unused portions of the Prize will be forfeited.

The prize is a single event trip for the winner (and their guests) and cannot be separated into separate events or components. Prize must be used in accordance with the Suppliers’ specified requirements. The Prize must be taken as offered and may not be varied.
A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter, or its nominated agents, require in their sole discretion.
The winner of the prize must immediately provide a copy of these Terms and Conditions to his or her chosen guests. By agreeing to participate in the Prize, guests agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in the same manner, and to the same extent, as the winner.

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of redeeming this offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

In order to conduct this promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each customer entering the competition and obtain each customer’s agreement in relation to handling this personal information. The following details will be recorded for a valid entry: the store name of purchase, amount spent, name, postcode, e-mail address and phone number of the customer as well as how you heard about this promotion. If you do not provide the information requested, your entry will not be valid.

All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering this competition, each entrant consents to the information they provide being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant, unless otherwise stated on entry. Entrants can then unsubscribe at any time.

All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter.

A request to access, update or correct any information can be made via the promotional email footer. Upon the entrant’s request, all information provided will be removed from our active database. Or write to the Marketing Manager, Level 33, 1 Farrier Place, Sydney. Information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our applicable laws.
