PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: Void where prohibited. DreamWorks Trolls World Tour – Australian Premiere Promotion at MYER (“Promotion”) will begin on February 6, 2020 at 12:01 AM AEDT and end on March 1, 2020 at 11:59 PM AEDT (“Promotion Period”). All times in the Promotion refer to Australian Eastern Daylight Time (“AEDT”). Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to permanent, legal Australian residents who are physically residing in Australia and who are thirteen (13) years of age or older as of the start of the Promotion Period. If an entrant is under the age of eighteen (18) (“minor”) they must obtain prior consent from their parent or legal guardian to enter and the parent or legal guardian may be required to verify the granting of consent and/or sign a release at the discretion of the Sponsor. Failure of a minor entrant’s parent or legal guardian to verify consent and/or sign a release under this clause will invalidate all of the entrant’s entries. Officers, directors, and employees of Promotion Entities (as defined below), members of these persons’ immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related thereto) are not eligible to enter or win the Promotion. Promotion Entities, as referenced herein, shall include Universal Pictures International Australasia Pty Ltd., ABN 44 122 951 099, Level 32, 580 George Street Sydney, NSW 2000 Australia (“Sponsor”), and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, and each of their administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Promotion through the following method:

Website Entry: To enter the Promotion, during the Promotion Period, you must:

Purchase any DreamWorks Trolls World Tour product from MYER (“Participating Retailer”) and obtain a receipt for your purchase (“Receipt”);
Visit www.DreamWorksTrolls-AustralianPremiere-Myer.com.au (the “Website”) and follow the provided instructions to complete the following details:
Name (first and last);
Email;
Gender;
Date of birth;
Mobile phone number;
Address (number, street address, suburb, postcode, state, country);
Your age and the age of each Guest (defined below), nominated to attend the Event (defined below);
Confirm your availability (and any Guest availability) to travel between the dates of March 11, 2020 – March 26, 2020 to Sydney, Australia (exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s agent in consultation with Winner);
Upload a clear image of your Receipt, displaying all details on your Receipt; and
Confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and submit your entry.
(each, an “Entry” and collectively, the “Entries”).

All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Limit one (1) Entry per Receipt. Entries must be received before March 1, 2020 at 11:59 PM AEST to be eligible for the Promotion. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Promotion. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use entrant’s name, city, state, likeness, image, and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On March 2, 2020, at Level 32, 580 George Street Sydney, NSW 2000 at 3:00 PM AEST, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing (“Draw”) to select one (1) winner from all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period (the “Winner”).

Sponsor may share potential Winner’s name and contact information with Promotion Entities and/or any prize provider, as applicable, if necessary. Sponsor will, within two (2) business days of the Draw, make two (2) attempts to notify potential Winner at the phone number and/or email address submitted at the time of Entry. Winner’s details will be published on the Website on March 6, 2020. Potential Winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited, publicity release (collectively, “Promotion Documents”) within seven (7) days of such notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification, and an alternate potential Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible Entries, subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause. If a potential Winner cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor will hold the prize for seven (7) days from the Draw until 3 PM AEDT, March 9, 2020, after which time such potential Winner will forfeit their prize and an alternate potential Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible Entries, in accordance with the unclaimed prize draw clause. Any element of the Prize that needs to be delivered such as tickets, itinerary or hotel details will be delivered to the Winner’s nominated address within seven (7) days after the Draw and prior to date of travel.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW: If required, an unclaimed prize draw will be held on March 10, 2020 at the same time and location and using the same notification and delivery method, as for the Draw. Winner’s name will be published on the Website on March 13, 2020. Winner of unclaimed prize draw may be required to execute and return Promotion Documents within seven (7) days of such notification.

PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize awarded to the Winner. The prize will consist of:

four (4) general admission tickets for Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”) to attend the DreamWorks Trolls World Tour Australian Premiere currently scheduled to take place in Sydney, Australia between March 11, 2020 and March 26, 2020 (“Event”) (exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s agent in consultation with Winner)*;
for Winner and/or Guests that do not already reside in Sydney, four (4) round-trip economy flight tickets to Sydney, Australia for Winner and Guests from Winner’s nearest capital city in Australia (the “Trip”);
return airport and Hotel transfers in Sydney, Australia;
transfers to and from the Event; and
three (3) nights’ accommodation for Winner and Guests at a hotel with a four-star rating chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Hotel”) (collectively, “Prize”).
*The Event has not been confirmed, but is tentatively scheduled to take place on a date between March 11, 2020 and March 26, 2020 in Sydney, Australia (the time and place are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion) and at a venue to be determined by Sponsor (in its sole and absolute discretion). In the event that the Event does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of force majeure or for any other reason, Winner shall be given the remaining items/elements of the Prize, and Sponsor’s obligation as to the Event shall be nullified and no other or additional compensation shall be awarded. Event theatre and seating assignments will be determined at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor does not guarantee the attendance of any celebrities, talent, or filmmakers at the Event, which shall be at such celebrities’, talents’, or filmmakers’ sole discretion(s). Furthermore, Sponsor does not guarantee that the Winner or Guests will interact or take photos with or of any celebrity, talent, or filmmakers during the Event. In the event that the Winner or Guests engage in behaviour at the Event that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to remove the Winner and Guests from the Event with no further compensation. Event is subject to cancellation and nothing herein shall be construed to require Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary and/or affiliated entities to hold the Event as scheduled, if at all.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Prize is AUD$8,800. Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded. ARV may vary based on, among other things, hotel availability, existing rates at time of booking, dates of travel, and point of departure.

All details of the Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or portion thereof) with a similar prize (or prize element) of comparable or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, cannot be transferred or substituted by Winner or redeemed for cash and is valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of the Prize by Winner.

Winner and their nominated Guests must be able to attend the Event and travel between March 11, 2020 and March 26, 2020 (the exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s agent in consultation with Winner). The Trip awarded to the Winner must be taken on the dates provided by the Sponsor or the Prize will be forfeited. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply during peak periods, including school holidays and public holidays. Travel dates and times are subject to booking availability. Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to substitute ground transportation for air transportation depending on Winner’s place of residence. Winner and Guests must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date, destination and return date, and must have valid travel documents (e.g., valid government issued photo ID and/or passport and visa) prior to departure, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Once travel commences, no unscheduled stopovers are permitted; if an unscheduled stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the Trip. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer points. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of Winner and Guests. Winner is solely responsible for all additional expenses and costs associated with acceptance and/or use of the Prize not specifically stated herein as being awarded, including, without limitation, any and all taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the Prize, travel insurance, ground transportation (other than as described above), security and airport fees, taxes, insurance, gasoline, meals, gratuities, additional spending money, room service and souvenirs. Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Sponsor deem necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state and local tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these Official Rules would contravene any statute or cause any part of these Official Rules to be void (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change outside of Sponsor’s control by any company or person providing any element of the Prize, and is not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Further, Sponsor excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise, except for liability in relation to a Non-Excludable Guarantee, for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the following: (a) damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Promotion; (b) telecommunications, network, electronic, technical, or computer failures of any kind; (c) for inaccurate transcription of Entry information; (d) for errors in any promotional or marketing materials or in these Official Rules; (e) for any human or electronic error; (f) for Entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed, lost, late, damaged, or returned; (g) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (h) any tax implications; (i) any variation in reward value to that stated in these Official Rules; (j) the Prize or use of the Prize. Date and/or time of Event is subject to change. Event is subject to cancellation. If Winner chooses to attend the Event with no Guests, the remaining elements of the Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s Prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Guests, if any, may be required to execute and return releases of liability and, except where prohibited, publicity releases (collectively, “Guest Documents”), which must be returned with the Promotion Documents, or Guest portion of the Prize will be forfeited. If any Guest is a minor, Winner or one of the other Guests must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian and must execute and return the Guest Documents on such minor’s behalf.

CONDITIONS: By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees for entrant and for entrant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, except for liability, claims or causes of action relating to Non-Excludable Guarantees, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of Prize or any portion thereof; (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Promotion and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, except for Non-Excludable Guarantees, express or implied, relative to Prize; (c) if selected as a Winner, to the posting of such entrant’s name on the Website and the use by Released Parties of such entrants name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (d) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any promotion any person they believe has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promotion or the operation thereof is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor, who may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations), or other “force majeure” event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules. Subject to any directions by a regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion or any element thereof (including, without limitation, these Official Rules) without notice in any manner and for any reason (including, without limitation, in the event of any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Rules). In the event of cancellation, modification, or suspension, and subject to any directions of a regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to select Winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the event warranting such cancellation, modification, or suspension. Notice of such cancellation, modification, or suspension will be posted at Website. Sponsor may prohibit any entrant or potential entrant from participating in the Promotion, if such entrant or potential entrant shows a disregard for these Official Rules; acts with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, Sponsor, or Sponsor’s agents or representatives; or behaves in any other disruptive manner (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

Entrants’ personal information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.nbcuniversal.com/privacy. The Sponsor collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion, for internal research and/or to enable prize fulfilment and may, for these purposes, disclose such information to the Promotion Entities and other third party service providers, including but not limited to prize suppliers and prize fulfilment houses and for any purpose required under Australian lottery legislation or any other regulatory authority. Some of the third parties the Sponsor discloses information to may be based or have servers located overseas. If the entrant does not provide some or all of the personal information requested, the entrant may be disqualified. The entrant has the right to request access to personal information that the Sponsor holds about the entrant, or ask the Sponsor to update or correct that information. The Sponsor’s Privacy Policy contains more information about the entrant’s rights and the Sponsor’s contact details for requests, questions and complaints.
