Unless otherwise specified by the promoter in its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, the promoter may extend or conclude the competition at any time.
8. Entry Restrictions
a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants must have an Australian bank account in which the agreed to amount can be successfully transferred.
c) For competitions involving social media entry, entrants must have their profiles set to ‘public’ or viewable by the public in respect of any material submitted as part of their entry.
d) As part of the online registration, entrants are required to submit their appropriate daily salary within the nominated tiers and must consent to the disclosure of their relevant salary tier should they be a winner of a contesting segment;
e) Entrants must agree to their relevant daily salary tier being disclosed on-air if they are a winner of a contesting segment.
9. How to enter
Online entry:
During the Competition Period:
a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and complete their online entry form which includes providing their contact details and their daily net estimated remuneration amount (as a daily figure) within the tiers provided
b) Each entry submitted will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select a variety of entries it deems to be the “best fit” for the promotion.
c) During each contesting spot the on-air announcer will read up to three (3) names out from the valid entries received. The first

contestant to call through (on 07 3223 0973) and be put to air within 20 minutes and correctly confirm their details will be deemed the winner of that contesting spot.
d) At the time of winning the promoter will specify the total amount that will be paid from the chosen winners’ estimated daily remuneration.
e) In some instances, the promoter reserves the right to pay a portion of the estimated daily remuneration, this is at the absolute discretion of the promoter.
f) Estimated daily remuneration is based on net income.
g) Entrants must tick the tick box on the entry form that confirms their estimated daily remuneration will be disclosed if they are put on-air during the contesting period. This also confirms that entrants have obtained permission from their employer to disclose this information.
h) If for any technical reason, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the entrant will not be awarded with a prize.
i) The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refrain from broadcasting any calls
 
10. Limitation on entries
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish.
Each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form.
