Roam Subiaco this Spring - Gift with Purchase Promotion
Information on how to participate and redeem this promotion prize form part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

WHO CAN ENTER?
Subject to the clauses below, entry is open to all residents of Western Australia who have fulfilled the requirements set out below (‘Eligible Entrants’):

Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, related entities, associated agencies and companies, contractors or individuals are not eligible to enter this promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.
Any entrant who is under the age of 18, as of the date of entry, is not eligible to enter this promotion.
Any entrant who does not reside in WA with a valid residential address, is not eligible to enter this promotion.
The Promoter is City of Subiaco. The Promoter’s address is 241 Rokeby Road, Subiaco WA 6008.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period (defined below):

Individual needs to make a purchase of $50 or more within the City of Subiaco, excluding regular grocery and fresh produce purchases. Purchases can be made in-store or online as long as the online store is based in Subiaco;
Submit a photo of the receipt of purchase in the web form to enter the promotion;
Agree to opt in to the See Subiaco email newsletter.
 
NUMBER OF ENTRIES PERMITTED
One entry per person.

OPEN, CLOSE, DRAW AND PUBLISH DATES
The promotion commences on Monday 14 September 2020 at 9am and closes Sunday 22 November 2020 at 11:59pm (‘Promotional Period’) or until stock lasts. All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are AWST (Australian Western Standard Time). Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the promotion close date and time to be eligible.

The entrants will be the first 150 eligible receipts submitted to The Promoter at 241 Rokeby Road, Subiaco WA 6008. The entrants will be notified by email once received to advise of prize confirmation.
 The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner, is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or has breached these Terms and Conditions or is not contactable within 21 days of the promotion close.

PRIZES
The total number of promotional prizes in this promotion is 150.  

There are 150 prizes: 150 x See Subiaco branded Picnic Blankets, including shipping, valued at $45 each.
 
The Winner must respond to the Promoter by the specified date as above, in order to claim the Prize.
The total prize pool is valued at $6,750 including shipping.
The Prize must be taken as provided, unless otherwise approved by the Promoter.  
The Prize is subject to change and availability. The Promoter and the Prize Supplier must approve any requests for changes
The Prize may be redeemed at a time and date suitable to both the winner and to Promoter.
The Prize is non-transferable. No compensation will be payable by the Promoter or related entities if a Winner, is unable to use any element of the Prize as stated for whatever reason. The Winner forfeits any part of a Prize that is not taken for any reason.
The Promoter, Prize Supplier and related agencies and companies take no responsibility for any changes in prize value.
Any entrant found to have used a third party (including online promotion entry site) to enter on their behalf will have all entries invalidated and any claim they have to any prize will be invalidated. If such an entrant is awarded the prize and then found to have breached this clause, the entrant must immediately return the prize awarded. The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if any entrant has breached this clause. The Promoter reserves the right to request whatever documentation it deems necessary to confirm if the entrant has breached this clause. An entrant must provide any requested documentation to the Promoter upon request. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this promotion. Any entrant found to be entering incorrect contact details, including incorrect email contact details, will have all entries invalidated and any claim to any prize will be invalidated. If such an entrant is awarded the prize and then found to have breached this clause, the entrant must immediately return the prize awarded. The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if any entrant has breached this clause. The Promoter reserves the right to request whatever documentation it deems necessary to confirm if the entrant has breached this clause. An entrant must provide any requested documentation to the Promoter upon request. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to WA legislation. Cash will not be awarded as a substitute. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The Promoter requires a current residential street address be provided when requested for ease of correspondence and potential prize delivery. The Promoter makes all reasonable efforts to deliver prizes to the addresses provided by promotion entrants. The Promoter cannot guarantee that any prizes returned to the Promoter due to non-delivery at the provided address will be resent to the prize winner.

The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is subject to State and Territory legislation but also final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. The prize is subject to availability and not transferable or exchangeable.

Prizes will be sent to the winner’s nominated address as stated in their response via email. The Promoter and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit.
