HOW TO ENTER:

To enter the Promotion, during the Promotion Period, you must:

Purchase one (1) or more of any Minions products from any Coles store in Australia or online through coles.com.au (“Participating Retailer”) and obtain a receipt for your purchase (“Receipt”);
Visit www.minionscomp.com.au (the “Website”) and follow the provided instructions to complete the following details:
Name (first and last);
Email;
Gender;
Date of birth;
Mobile phone number;
Address (number, street address, suburb, postcode, state, country);
Upload a clear image of your Receipt, displaying all details on your Receipt; and
Confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and submit your entry.
(each, an “Entry” and collectively, the “Entries”).

All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Limit one (1) Entry per Receipt. Entries must be received before July 30, 2021 at 11:59 PM AEST to be eligible for the Promotion.


PRIZE: There will be five (5) grand prizes awarded (“Grand Prizes,” each a “Grand Prize”) to the Grand Prize Winners and one thousand (1,000) first prizes awarded (“First Prizes,” each a “First Prize”) to the
First Prize Winners; one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to each Grand Prize Winner and one (1) First Prize will be awarded to each First Prize Winner.

Each Grand Prize consists of the following: one (1) Xbox Series S 512 GB console; and one (1) redemption code (“Redemption Code”) for three (3) months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscription (“Subscription”). The Subscription can be redeemed via the Microsoft redemption portal (available online at https://microsoft.com/redeem). Each Redemption Code will be valid from the date the Redemption Code is issued to the Winner however it must be redeemed at https://microsoft.com/redeem on or before 30th October 2021. After this date, redemption is not possible. Maximum one (1) Redemption Code per Winner. After the Subscription term ends, active membership will be required to play games and online multiplayer; game catalogue varies over time. Downloadable Content (“DLC”) sold separately; if a game is removed from Xbox Game Pass or your Subscription ends, you will need to purchase the game separately to use your DLC. Winners will need to input personal information including credit card details to redeem. Credit cards will not be charged until after the Prize Subscription has ended. Prize Winners will need to manually terminate the Subscription prior to the expiry of the Prize Subscription period in order to avoid incurring any charges to their credit card. If you’re already an Xbox Game Pass or Xbox Live Gold member, any days remaining in your membership(s) will be converted to Ultimate using a conversion ratio. Future code redemptions also subject to the conversion ratio. All conversions to Ultimate are final. Maximum thirty-six (36) months of Ultimate redeemed per account at a time. Each First Prize will consist of the following: one (1) twenty dollar (AUD$20) Coles gift card (“Gift Card”). Gift Card is redeemable at Coles Supermarkets and Coles Central stores nationwide. Gift Card is not redeemable on Coles Online or at Coles Express or Liquorland. Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or payments of credit or store accounts. Gift Card cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards. Gift Card will expire four (4) years from the date of issue. Gift Card should be treated like cash.
