Entry Method Eligible entrants must
a) go to the Website;
b) complete all of the required data entry fields on the entry form;
c) answer the following question, “Have your say on the Mosh Mic - what would you have
wanted to fix in your NRL or AFL team this season and why?.” and
d) submit your entry.

Entry to the Promotion is limited to one (1) entry per entrant over the entire Promotion Period

Judging All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s
sole and absolute discretion) on the Determination Date at the Promoter’s premises.
All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The winner will be contacted on
the Determination Date.
Judging Criteria The winner will be the entrant who, in the sole opinion of the judges, has most creatively and
suitably answered the Entry Question.

Publication The winners will have their details published on foxsports.com.au/win/mosh within 48 hours of
the Determination Date.
Prize • $1,000 AUD*

will be delivered every three (3) months.

Unclaimed Prize The winner will be contacted a minimum of 3 times prior to the Unclaimed Prize Date. If a prize
is unclaimed by the Unclaimed Prize Date, the Promoter will:
a) On the Unclaimed Prize Date, notify the original Prize winner that the Prize is
unclaimed; and
b) award the Prize to the entrant/s who, in the sole opinion of the judges, have submitted
the next most creative and suitable answer to the Entry Question; and
c) notify the Unclaimed Prize winner at least 48 hours after the Unclaimed Prize Date
that the Prize has been reallocated as it was unclaimed.

Special Conditions a) If for any reason, the Promotion is impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in any way,
the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the
Promotion. Any significant changes to the Promotion after the Commencement Date
will be notified to each participant reasonably prior to any such change coming into
effect.
b) Each entrant agrees that, by entering the Promotion, they may be contacted by Mosh
(Hairmop Pty Ltd) email to hear about their latest news and offers. Each entrant
