I don't think there will be any more prizes but it's exciting enough as it is Smile  I'm definitely not a chef by trade, just someone who likes to cook at home and loves to eat.  I'm halfway through a nutrition degree at uni, but I developed the recipe before I started that, I just like experimenting with food.  I'd love to be a food writer one day though, and this seems like a good start Smile  Thank you for your kind words, I'm sure I'll have lots of fun!

Hey everyone Smile  Just letting you know that my segment will be on tomorrow morning on 'Mornings with Kerri Anne'.  The show goes from 9-11am, but I'll be on a little before 10.20am.  It'll be in two parts, with an infomercial between the two I think.  It was great fun, and I was quite pleased (as a long-time viewer of cooking shows and segments) that I got to use those tiny bowls for ingredients AND I got to 'prepare something earlier'! Very Happy  That amused me greatly, I'll admit.
