1.To enter this competition, readers must log on to
www.nationalpharmacies.com.au during the promotional period, and click on to competitions link located on the homepage.
2.Readers will be required to fill in their personal details, and confirm their acceptance in the required fields to submit their entry.
3.Entry is limited to Australian residents only. Only one entry permitted per person during the promotional period will be accepted. All entries remain the property of the promoter.
4.The competition commences 1:00am Friday 23rd July 2010 and closes 11:30pm Sunday 29th August 2010.
5.One (1) valid entry will be selected from all entries received during the promotional period as the winner of the major prize.

7.One winner will be randomly drawn on the Wednesday 1st September 2010, at the promoters premises: Level 1, 52 Gawler Place, Adelaide South Australia 5000.
8.One (1) person will be deemed the winner at 12:00pm the Wednesday 1st September 2010 from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
9.Prize winner will be notified by either phone or email from National Pharmacies. Winner’s name will be placed on the National Pharmacies’ website on Friday 3rd September 2010.
10. Entry into this draw is open to residents in Australia, excluding National Pharmacies employees and their immediate families of Friendly Society Medical Association Limited and their associated agencies and companies.
11.Prize is subject to the product availability at the time of the draw. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash equivalent.
12.Any change in the value of prize between the publishing date and the date prize is claimed it is not the responsibility of the promoter.
13.Any additional costs incurred by the winner, other than those which forms part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner. The judge’s decision in relation to all aspect of the competition is final.
14.The Promoter is not liable and do not accept responsibility for:
a) an entry that is not received or which is received and subsequently corrupted or rejected by the Web Site server or Promoter’s service provider. This includes any lost, misdirected or corrupt entries to the Web Site.
b) any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss).
If any prize is not claimed within one month of the draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Wednesday 6th October 2010.
15.Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone or email and sent their prize via registered mail and on 6th October 2010.
