I know there's been a lot of talk about this, I've had a look at the terms & conditions again and in point 6 where they set out the format, they ask you to put the time format as:
"between 11.00 and 12.00"

When they mention the 24 hour clock, its in point 5 for the commencement and the end of the competition, which is a normal point in most T&Cs.

What I'm putting is:
between 8.00pm and 9.00pm      summer

but I think everyone has to make up their own mind, or contact them to specify if you're really concerned.
