Thanks to Valleygirl and Universal Pictures International, we have just the right night for you. We have 150 double passes to give away to an exclusive VIP pre-release, private screening of Charlie St. Cloud in Sydney.

Zac Efron stars in this romantic drama as Charlie, who after a tragic accident, embraces the dark realities of his past while discovering the transformative power of love.

The fashion part of the night will be taken care of by the CLEO and Dolly fashion editors who will talk you through the hottest trends of the season, followed by a Valleygirl fashion parade which you could take part in.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2. The competition is open to all residents of Australia except employees of the Promoter, and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion. 3. The promotion commences 12.01am AEST 11/08/2010 and closes last mail received 11.59pm AEST 12/09/2010. The competition will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. Judging will take place at the Promoters premises and will begin on 13/09/2010 at 9am. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner; each entry will be individually judged based on originality and creative merit. The judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into. 4. Winners will be contacted on September 13th by email using contact details provided at time of entry and have until 5pm Friday the 17th to RSVP to the event. If they have not RSVPed by this time their ticket will be forfeited. Entries will be deemed invalid prizes will be awarded to the next best valid entries as determined by the judges. 5. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (b) each entry must be substantially unique. Entries will not be returned. 6. Incomplete, illegible and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging. 7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 8. To enter, visit www.30daysoffashionandbeauty.com.au and follow the prompts. They must answer the following question in 25 words or less "What is your ideal fashion destination and why?” Entrants must also supply their full name, email and daytime contact number. Submit your completed entry as instructed. 9. The 200 best entries as determined by the judges will each win a double pass to see Charlie St Cloud at an exclusive pre-release screening at George St Cinema at 6pm on 22 September 2010 Popcorn and drink for each guest included as well as a goodie bag to the value of $50. 10. 50 runner ups will win an in season double pass to see Charlie St Cloud. 11. Total prize pool $10,640. 12. Prize does not include transport to and from cinema/ screenings or any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes valued in Australian dollars. Prize values mentioned are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. Major prize must be redeemed to coincide with the event currently scheduled to take place on on 22 September 2010. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered in the event that the scheduled screening of Charlie St Cloud is relocated, rescheduled, cancelled or postponed for any reason whatsoever. 13. The winners will be contacted by telephone and email, using the contact details provided in their entry. Selection of prize (including but not limited to colours, designs, titles etc) awarded will be determined at the complete discretion of the Promoter. 14. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification. 15. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. 16. Where the prize is awarded in the form of a ticket/pass/ voucher, the Promoter shall not be liable for any ticket/pass/voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the pass/ticket/voucher is subject to the terms and conditions specified on the voucher/ ticket/ pass. In the event that the winner is requested to provide proof of age or consent for, redemption of the ticket/ pass/ voucher then redemption of the prize will be subject to presentation of such proof. What constitutes identification and/or proof of consent is at the complete discretion of the promoter. 17. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 18. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. 19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of a prize and/or (g) participation in the promotion. 20. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original artistic work of the entrant which does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted for any purposes at its discretion, including (but not limited to) for any future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes. 21. By entering the competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in. 22. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Notice (see Contents Page of DOLLY for location in each issue). 23.
