1. Information on how to enter form part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to NSW residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. Winners under 18 years of age must be accompanied be a responsible adults.
3. The period for entry into the promotion commences at 6 AM AEST 16 August 2010 and closes 11AM AEST on 18 August 2010.
4. To enter, log on to the NINETOFIVE website, follow the prompts and enter your valid name, address, email address and daytime phone number.
5. The Winner will win a Nokia E72 Amethyst phone valued at RRP AUD$619.00 and a Ginger and Smart for Nokia pouch valued at AUD$449.00. Mobile phone prize is a handset only. Winner will be responsible for making all arrangements for connection with a service provider and payment of all associated connection, access and call charges.
6. The competition will be drawn on the Thursday upon closure of the competition.

This is a promotion based on skill, with one winner picked based on their answer to the following question of the week: In 50 words or less tell us what work personalities do you do deal with? Answers will be judged on the following criteria: skill, creativity and originality of answer. Winners will be notified by phone. The judge’s decision is final.

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
