Virgin.com Money Survey and Prize Draw Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”)
1. 1. The promoter of this prize draw is Virgin.com Limited of The School House, 50 Brook Green, London, England, W6 7RR (“Virgin.com”).
2. In order to be entered into this prize draw you must:
(a) be resident in Australia;
(b) be over 18;
(c) fully complete the money survey; and
(d) not be an employee of Virgin.com, Virgin Blue Group, Virgin Money Australia or a family member of such an employee.
3. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
4. This prize draw will close on 23rd August 2010 at midnight (12.00) GMT. If you complete a survey after this time/date you will not be entered into the prize draw.
5. Final responsibility for determining eligibility rests solely with Virgin.com and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Your entry in the prize draw will also be subject to the Virgin.com terms and conditions of usage and privacy policy found at

7. Your personal information will only be transferred to other Virgin Group companies with your consent or in order to contact you regarding the Prize. 8. Your personal information will be collected, stored and processed in a database for the purposes of managing the survey. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms or as separately accepted by you. 9. Virgin.com reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms or the Prize without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on
www.virgin.com. A copy of these Terms may be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Virgin.com.
10. Subject to these Terms, one (1) winner will will win a trip for two (2) people to Los Angeles, United States valued at up to AU$5,000
departing either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne between 1 September 2010 and 30 August 2011. Prize includes return economy V Australia airfares and airport taxes from the winner’s nearest capital city to Los Angeles, United States. Prize does not include checked baggage charges, hotel room reservation fees, spending money, meals, additional taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs. 11. Prize winner will be drawn at random by Virgin.com after the closing date and will be notified by email after this date. If we are unable to contact any Prize winner within seven (7) days of the draw, Virgin.com reserves the right to award their Prize to another entrant. The name of the winner will be made available on
www.virgin.com after the winner has been notified. Only one Prize will be awarded to the winner.
12. Prize must be taken between 1 September 2010 and 30 August 2011 and is subject to booking and flight availability. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by virgin.com, then the prize will be forfeited.
13. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. Prize is subject to the standard Terms & Conditions of individual prize and service providers. Winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in. Frequent Flyer or Velocity Rewards points will not form part of the prize.
14. Total prize pool value is up to $5,000. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
15. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and any companion/s) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by virgin.com and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
16. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, virgin.com, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
17. Virgin.com assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant or by any winner as a result of accepting any Prize.
18. This prize draw is governed by English law and any dispute arising from this prize draw shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
