How to Enter
To enter the ‘Win $5,000 with Lilydale’ campaign, customers simply:
1) Purchase any two products from the Lilydale chicken range at participating retailers.
2) Log onto the Lilydale promotional micro-site
www.winwithlilydale.com.au displayed on
the promotional pack for a chance to play and win an instant prize
3) Fill in their details to activate the instant win game.
4) Complete the game to see if they’re an instant winner.
5) By entering their details on-line, both winners and non-winners will automatically be
entered into the draw to win the $5,000 cash major prize

Duration of Competition
The competition opens at 9am on Monday 16 August 2010 and closes at 5pm on Sunday
24 October 2010.
Conditions of Entry
1. Information on ‘how to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’.
2. Customers may enter more than once, but entry is limited to one on-line entry per day.
3. To be valid, each entry must be fully completed and submitted before 5pm on Sunday 24
October 2010.
4. Entry is only open to Australian residents.
5. Entries received after the close date of 5pm on Sunday 24 October 2010 will not be
considered.6. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
7. Entries will be accepted via mail and via the on-line game.
8. Entries illegible, forged, mutilated, copied or tampered with in any way will not be
considered.
9. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, participating outlets and the
agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families mean
parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
10. Entrants must retain their receipts and the barcodes of the two Lilydale products to
validate entry should they win.11. The prize-winner must provide suitable identification e.g. Driver’s Licence, to the
promoters’ satisfaction to be entitled to claim the prize.
12. If the prize-winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s
nominated parent or guardian.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any
entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with the Conditions of Entry.
14. The prize values are correct at the authorisation date of the competition. The Promoter is

Date, Time and Place of Draws
Instant Win
1. The winner/s will be selected via a computer controlled random function.2. Winner/s will be contacted within 24 hours and asked to send in the their receipt and
promotional packs to The Competition Company, Studio 2, 11 Carlisle Street, Tamarama,
NSW 2026 to redeem their prize.
3. Once purchase validation has been made, the instant prize will be sent out to the
winner/s.
Major Prize
The winner will be drawn at 10am on Tuesday 26 October 2010 at The Competition Company,
Studio 2, 11 Carlisle Street, Tamarama, NSW 2026
1. The winner/s will be selected via a computer controlled random function. The mail in
and on-line entries will be merged into one database before the random draw takes
place.
2. The decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered into.
3. If despite every reasonable effort the winner of a prize cannot be contacted, the prize
will be retained for three (3) months. At the end of the three (3) months being Tuesday
25 January 2011, if the prize remains unclaimed, a letter will be sent to the Office of
Liquor, Gaming and Racing setting out full details and steps taken to try and contact
the winner/s. At that stage a request for redraw will be sought. Any redraw/s will be
conducted at The Competition Company, Studio 2, 11 Carlisle Street Tamarama NSW
2026 at 10am on Tuesday 1 February 2011
4. The winner will be contacted by phone after the draw has taken place and will also be
notified in writing thereafter.
5. The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
6. The winner/s will be published in the Australian Newspaper on Friday 29 October
2010.
7. The re-draw winners announcement will be made in the Australian Newspaper on Friday
4 February 2011.
Customers Information
1. By entering the promotion you give the Promoter consent to use your personal
information for further purposes and promotions unless you say otherwise.
Liability
1. The Promoter and any companies associated with this competition, accept no
responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained
as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the prize except for
any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from
the prize winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek
independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial

3. Unless due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all valid prize
claims in excess of the advertised prize pool value will be honoured.
4. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection
by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures
or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the
administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, then it
will be suspended subject to the approval gaming authorities, where required.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the
approval of the gaming authorities where required.
6. If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall
be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or
provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and
the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
