Pacific Fair WIN a $200 gift voucher a day!
Terms and Conditions are -
1. Entry to the competition is open to all persons except employees of AMP Retail Pty Limited and their immediate family, tenants in the centre and their immediate family, staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff if companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means the promotions agency, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its Directors.
2. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions.
3. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. Entrants into this competition must be aged 18 years or over.5. To enter the WIN $200 every day this week! Customers must enter online at
http://www.facebook.com/pacificfair and follow the prompts.
6. The entrant may enter once (1) each day. Entrants can only win one (1) of the 5 daily prizes during the competition period.7. Entries will not be accepted by mail.
8. Entries are valid for this promotion only.
9. The prize comprises of five $200 Pacific Fair shopping centre gift vouchers.
10. The total prize is valued at up to $1000
11. The prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
12. The competition commences at 11am Tuesday 10 August 2010 and entries close at 5:30pm EST Saturday 4 August 2010
13. The draw will take place in private at the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Centre Management, with the best answer chosen for each question.
14. The first complete entry drawn will be judged the winner and no further correspondence shall be entered into.
15. The winner will be contacted via email within 48 hours of the winner selection as well as being publically notified via the Pacific Fair facebook account.
16. Competition winners must pick up their prize from the Centre Management office of Pacific Fair, Cnr Hooker Blvd & Sunshine Blvd, Broadbeach, QLD, 4218 and show proof of identification that matches the winning entry.
17. Claiming of the prize is consent to use your name and address for marketing purposes. The prize winner will be contacted by a Pacific Fair Centre Management representative via email within 48 hours of the prize draw.
18. The winners will be contacted on Wednesday 11, Thursday 12, Friday 13 and Monday16 August to claim the prize. The prize must be collected before 5.30pm Friday 2o August 2010 at Pacific Fair Centre Management and present proof of identify on collection.
19. In the event that the winner does not collect the prize the prize will be forfeited by all entrants.
20. Entrants consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about entrants for the research, marketing, database and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies. Please contact the promoter if you later wish to correct information that it holds.
21. The promoter shall not be liable for any additional costs that may be associated with the prize, any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
