 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

 2. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older only. Employees of the Promoter and their associated agencies and companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

 3. To enter log on to www.egoeveryday.com during the Promotional Period and follow the prompts. Enter your name, address, daytime phone number, email address, age, family status and then answer in 25 words or less why you would like to win a years supply of Ego skincare products, then click submit. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be judged on creative merit.

 Entrants are limited to one (1) entry only.

 4. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity and other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the Promoter’s discretion, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way with interfering or tampering with the conduct of the promotion.

 8. It is a requirement that the winner of the prize must be 18 years of age or older to be awarded the prize.

 9. Prize packs will be delivered to the address supplied on the entry form by each winning entrant, as one complete delivery. Ego Pharmaceuticals will pack the goods for transport but cannot be held liable for any damage caused during transit.

 10. The winners will be notified by telephone and writing within five (5) working days of the judging.

 11. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.

 12. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.

 13. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.

14. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify the promotion.
