JumpOnIt Competition Terms and Conditions - All States
1. The Promoter for this competition is Jump On It Pty Ltd.
2. Entry is open to all Australians who are over the age of 18 years as at 17.08.2010.
3. To enter, eligible entrants must sign up to the Jump On It "Daily Deals" mailing list.
4. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries due to any circumstance be it technical or otherwise, will be deemed invalid.
5. After signing up, the entrant must remain a subscriber to the Jump On It "Daily Deals" newsletter for the entire promotional period.
6. Employees of Jump On It, its agents and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
7. The winners will be contacted via email post draw and will be announced on the 30th of each month on the
http://www.jumponit.com.
8. The main prizes will be dispatched to the winners as soon as we have received their postal details but no earlier than the 20th of each month following the draw.
9. Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. There are 25 major prizes for this competition. The major prize draws will take place at 2pm AEST at Jump On It, Level 2, 24-26 Falcon St, Crows Nest, NSW, 2065 on the 30th of September, 2010. Each winner will receive one voucher for a restuarant in their city.
11. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. The prizes are:
