1. These official rules ("Rules") apply to the "Despicable Me" competition, conducted
by Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) as Trustee of c/- Retail First Pty Ltd, Sunnybank Plaza
Shopping Centre, Cnr of Mains Road and McCullough Street, Sunnybank, Queensland (“Promoter”)
for the Sunnybank Plaza Shopping Centre (“Centre”).
2. Information on how to enter forms part of these Rules. The Promoter may, at any time, amend, add
to or delete any of these Rules.
3. Entry is deemed acceptance of these Rules including any changes made by the Promoter, even if
the entry is before the publication of any changes to these Rules.

The Promotion commences at 9:00 am on Wednesday 24 August 2010 and ends at 12:00 midnight
on Tuesday 31 August 2010 (“Promotion Period”)Entry and Eligibility
5. To enter the Promotion an individual must complete and lodge an online entry form available on the
Sunnybank Plaza Shopping Centre website at
www.sunnybankplaza.com.au (“Sunnybank Plaza
Website”) during the Promotion Period.
6. To be valid an entry form (“Valid Entry Form”) must be:
(a) completed online through the internet at the Sunnybank Plaza Website;
(b) in the name of only one entrant; and
(c) fully completed (instructions for the completion and online lodgement of an entry form are set out
at the Sunnybank Plaza Website).
7. The Promoter, Retail First Pty Ltd, retailers of the Centre and their respective officeholders,
employees, agents, contractors, and their immediate families (including those living with such
officeholders, employees, agents, and contractors) are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
8. All entrants must be a resident in Queensland at the time the Prize is drawn.
9. An individual may only enter the Promotion once.
Prize
10. The total value of the prizes for the Promotion is (at prices applicable as at August 2010 and subject
to variation) AUD $1,900.00 comprising of the following:

11. The Prize is not exchangeable for any other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.
12. The brand, colour and model of goods constituting the Prize is at the sole discretion of the Promoter
and is subject to availability.
13. The value of the Prize is accurate as at the commencement of the Promotion Period. The Promoter
accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date. If for any reason
the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole
discretion, of equal or higher value.
14. The Prize consists of one double pass to a closed 2D screening of the animated film ‘Despicable
Me’. The screening will be held on Saturday 4 September 2010 at 10.30 am. The location of the
screening is AMC Sunnybank 8 Cinemas, Sunnybank Plaza, Cnr Mains Rd & McCullough St,
Sunnybank.

15. The Prize will be drawn at 10:00 am on Wednesday 1 September 2010 in the Centre Management
office (“Draw”).
16. The person whose name appears on the first 100 Valid Entry Forms randomly selected from the
entries received during the Promotion Period will win the Prizes (“Winners”).
17. The Winners need not attend the Draw to claim the Prize.
18. The Winners will be notified by email.
19. To be able to collect the Prize a Winner and/or their guardian must (if required by the Promoter)
provide a copy of a Government issued identification card containing a photograph of the Winner
and/or guardian as proof of the Winner’s and/or guardian’s identity and age.
20. Where a Winner is under the age of 18 years, an adult guardian must accompany the Winner at the
time of delivery or collection of the Prize. The adult guardian will be required to sign an
acknowledgement confirming collection or delivery of the Prize to the Winner.
21. The Prize does not include delivery. The Winner will be responsible for collecting the Prize from the
Centre management office.
22. If the Prize is unclaimed it will be dealt with as directed by the Queensland Office of Gaming
Regulation in accordance with the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (“Act”).
General
23. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right
(subject to all relevant State and Federal laws), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Promotion.
24. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding on all
participating individuals and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential
loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (including but not limited to that arising
from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion and/or any aspect of any Prize,
except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the
minimum allowable by law).
26. All participating individuals are responsible for any taxation liability (including any GST) or other
government charges or reporting requirements arising from their participation in the Promotion or
receipt of a prize. If participation in the Promotion or receipt of a Prize involves a taxable supply
being made, then the participating individual is responsible for paying any amount charged by the
entity making the supply in respect of its GST liability on the supply. The Promoter does not offer
any advice or accept any responsibility with respect to these matters.
27. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Promotion is
governed by the Promoter’s privacy notice, (which is available from the Promoter) and these Rules.

28. By completing and lodging an online entry form, all participating individuals consent to their personal
information being entered onto a database, which may be made available to the Promoter for
marketing purposes relating to the promotion of the Centre and retailers located in the Centre.
29. All participating individuals agree to have their name and photograph used for advertising purposes
and/or to take part in promotional activities including, without limitation, being interviewed by
television, radio and/or other mediums for public broadcast.
30. All participating individuals acknowledge that the Winner’s surname, the initial of their first name and
the suburb they live in, will be advertised on the Sunnybank Plaza Website after the Winner of the
Promotion is drawn.
31. The Promoter reserves the rights, trademarks and copyrights of the Promotion and all artwork,
images and print copy associated with the Promotion.
32. Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) enters into this Promotion only in its capacity as trustee of the
Fu Family Trust (“the Trust”) and in no other capacity. A liability of Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974
844) arising under or in connection with this Promotion is limited to the amount Yu Feng Pty Ltd
(ACN 056 974 844) actually receives in the exercise of its right of indemnity from the property of the
Trust.
33. Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) may not be sued in any capacity other than as the trustee of the
Trust, including seeking the appointment of a receiver (except in relation to property of the Trust), a
liquidator, an administrator or any similar person to Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) or prove in
any liquidation, administration or arrangement of or affecting Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844)
(except in relation to property of the Trust).
