The Promotion commences 9 am (EST) Friday 6th August 2010 and runs until 5pm (EST) 3rd December 2010.
To be eligible for the Kobo prize you must be over 16 years of age, must purchase a product at any Borders store during the Promotion Period and fill all parts of the form below. What was the name of the store you visited?

WHAT DID YOU THINK OF MY SERVICE TODAY? TERMS AND CONDITIONSGENERAL
1. These are the terms and conditions for the promotion “What did you think of my
service today” (Promotion).
2. Borders Australia Pty Ltd of Level 8, 19 Exhibition Street, Melbourne (Promoter) is the
promoter of the Promotion.
3. The Promotion commences 9 am (EST) Friday 6th August 2010 and runs until 5pm
(EST) 3 December 2010 (Promotion Period).
4. The Promotion will be run through all Borders stores in Australia.
5. Entry in the Promotion is open to all Australian residents who are 16 years and over,
other than:
a. management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related
entities and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion
(including suppliers of prizes);
b. a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred
to in paragraph 5a of these terms and conditions;
c. persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by
or on behalf of the Promoter,
(Eligible Entrants).
6. The Promotion is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
HOW TO ENTER
7. Eligible Entrants must purchase a product at any Borders store during the Promotion
Period then go to
www.borders.com.au (Borders website) and follow the prompts to
answer the following questions (feedback form):
a. What date did you make your purchase?
b. At which store was your purchase made?
c. Do you remember the name of the person who served you in-store? If so,
what was their name?
d. Please rate our service in-store when you made your purchase by clicking on
one of the options below (where 1 is must do better and 5 is exceptional).
e. Please tell us how your experience could have been better.
f. How can we contact you?
8. Eligible Entrants must complete all sections of the feedback form to be eligible for the
prize.
PRIZES
9. The prize is a Kobo e-reading device. More about the Kobo eReading device
10. One prize per month during the Promotion Period will be awarded for the best fully
completed entry.
11. Within 5 days of the end of each month during the Promotion Period, the Promoter
will select the best entry from all fully completed entries and notify the winner that they
have won the prize. Collection or delivery of the prize will be arranged between the
Promoter and the winning entrant.
12. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or for any other products or services.
13. If for any reason a winner does not redeem an element of the prize at the time
stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
14. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute
the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
15. Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or incorrect entries are not eligible to win.
