and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State). Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, accommodate the winner’s colour preference, subject to availability. The winner must collect the prize from their nearest authorised Mitsubishi dealership.
15. The major Prize winner must have a current valid driver’s licence issued in an Australian State or Territory. If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the car in their own name, then such winner may assign the motor vehicle prize to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the car is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion.
16. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize or an element of a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.

21. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

HOW TO ENTER
 
I.  To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any specially marked Rush product from

II.  To enter, individuals must then complete any one of the following steps between 23/08/10
and 11:59pm AEDST on 31/10/10 (“the promotional period”):

 
a.  visit www.rush.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page,  fully complete
and submit the entry form as prompted including a valid email address and the entry
code found underneath the cap of the specially marked Rush product purchased. Each
entrant will be notified instantly online whether or not they are an instant prize winner;
 
OR
 
b.  send an SMS to 199 19 909 containing the entry code found underneath the cap of the
specially marked Rush product purchased, their  full name and postcode (in that order,
with a  space between each word and no spaces between the  numbers)  so that it is
received during  the promotional period. Each entrant will be notified  instantly by return
SMS whether or not they are an instant prize winner. 
 
Premium SMS cost is 55c. Entrants must have premium service access. SMS entrants

All valid entries received from winners and non-winners of an instant prize will be

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
1.  Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
 
2.  Entry is only open to QLD, VIC, NSW, SA, NT and ACT residents  Entrants under 18 years
old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the

5.  Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
 
6.  Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per
specially marked Rush product purchased from a participating store during the promotional
period; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry
requirements; (c) only one entry code per entry is permitted; (d) unrecognised codes will be
deemed invalid; and (e) only three entries permitted per mobile number/email address per
person, per day. 
 
7.  If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
 
8.  Premium  SMS cost is 55c. Entrants must  have premium service access.  SMS entrants

SMS winners will be contacted by SMS and/or phone and, if necessary,  the Promoter will
record their address details so that the prize may be awarded. SMS entries via the Internet

database and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.
 
9.  Promotion commences  23/08/10 and ends for purchases on close of business 31/10/10. 
All entries must be received by 11:59pm AEDST on 31/10/10. The major prize draw will
take place at Salmat Interactive Pty Ltd of  Innovation Place, Level 17, 100 Arthur Street,
North Sydney NSW 2060 on 04/11/10 at 3pm AEDST. The Promoter reserves the right to
draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or
ineligible entrant is drawn.
 
10.  Instant  prize  winners will be notified immediately and in writing according to their entry
method: (a) SMS – via return SMS;  (b) online – upon entry submission. The major prize
winner will be notified in writing.  Instant  prize  winners’ names will be published  at
www.rush.com.au on the following dates:
 
(a) 20/09/10 – for winners of instant prizes between 23/08/10 and 15/09/10 (inclusive);
(b) 14/10/10 – for winners of instant prizes between 16/09/10 and 12/10/10 (inclusive); and
(c) 11/11/10 – for winners of instant prizes between 13/10/10 and 31/10/10 (inclusive) and
the major prize draw winner. 
 
11.  The major prize draw winner’s name will also be published in The Australian on 11/11/10.
 
12.  The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 
13.  There will be one (1) instant win prize  to be won for each day of the promotional period
with a total of seventy (70) instant win prizes. The instant win prize  is an Apple iPod pack
valued to the total value of $247 including GST. Each pack includes:
(a)  1 x iPod sports kit, and
(b)  1 x iPod 8GB Silver Nano.
 
14.  The first valid entry drawn in the major prize draw will win a 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander LS
ZH base model in metallic red  with  a  manual  transmission. Total prize value is up to
AU$37,992.20  including GST,  registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty
and dealer delivery charges  (which may vary State by State).   Additional insurance,
options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The
Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, accommodate the winner’s colour preference,
subject to availability. The winner must collect the prize from their nearest authorised
Mitsubishi dealership.
 
15.  The major Prize winner must have a current valid driver’s licence issued in an Australian
State or Territory. If the winner is, through any legal incapacity  or otherwise, unable to
register the car in their own name, then such winner may assign the motor vehicle prize to
another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of
registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the
winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all
required documentation as required by the Promoter before the car is awarded. It is a
condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a
form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion.
 
16.  Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not  take  a
prize or an element of a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that
element of the prize will be forfeited.
 
17.  If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right
to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or
specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
 
18.  Total prize pool value is up to AU$55,282.20.
 
19.  Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot
be taken as cash.
 
20.  A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 17/02/11 at the same time and place
as the original  major prize  draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
Winners’ names will be published in The Australian on 25/02/11.
 
21.  Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in
the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in
any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this
competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured,
distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
 
22.  If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter,
the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law
(a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory
authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
 
23.  Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility
and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry
software or any other mechanical or  electronic means that allows an entrant to
automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that

24.  Printing and quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless
