FOX SPORTS is broadcasting the 2010 Four'N Twenty AFL All Australian Awards on Monday September 13, 2010 at 9.30pm AEST on FOX SPORTS 1HD and FOX SPORTS 1 and you could be there on the night!

Just tell us in 25 words or less 'Who do you think should be the captain of the All Australian team, and why?'

to win a double pass to attend the 2010 Four'N Twenty AFL All Australian Awards* and a Sherrin football signed by members of the team.

'2010 Four N Twenty AFL All Australian' Game of Skill Competition CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Competition and Promoter

1.1. By entering the '2010 Four N Twenty AFL All Australian' Game of Skill Competition (Competition) and in consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by and observe these Conditions of Entry.

1.2 The promoter of the Competition is Premier Media Group Pty Limited ABN 16 065 445 418 of 55 Pyrmont Bridge Road, Pyrmont NSW 2009 (Promoter).

2. Who may enter

2.1. Entry into the Competition is open to all permanent residents of Australia.

2.2 Each participant may enter as many times as they wish provided that each entry is unique and is in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

2.3 The officers, management and employees (and immediate family members of officers, management and employees) of the Promoter, its related corporations and associated agencies are not eligible to enter the Competition.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The Competition commences at 3:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 19 August 2010 and closes at 3pm AEST on 3 September 2010 (Competition Period).

3.2 Entries not received during the Competition Period or not completed in accordance with these Conditions of Entry will not be eligible to win.

4. How to enter

Eligible participants must, during the Competition Period:

(a) go to the FOX SPORTS website (www.foxsports.com.au/win);

(b) enter the details requested; and

(c) tell us in 25 words or less, 'Who do you think should be the captain of the 2010 Four N Twenty AFL All Australian Team, and why?' (Entry Question).

5. Prize and notification

5.1. Judging of all entries received during the Competition Period will be conducted by the Promoter on 6 September 2010 at 47 City Road, Southbank, VIC 3006.

5.2. The participant with the most creative answer to the Entry Question (as judged by the Promoter in its sole discretion) received in accordance with these Conditions of Entry will win one double pass to attend the 2010 Four N Twenty AFL All Australian event to be held on 13 September 2010 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (valued at $40) and a Sherrin Football signed by some members of the 2010 All Australian team (valued at $160). First prize is valued at $200.

5.3. The participants with the next 9 most creative and unique answers to the Entry Question (as judged by the Promoter in its sole discretion) received in accordance with these Conditions of Entry will each win one double pass to attend the 2010 Four N Twenty AFL All Australian event to be held on 13 September 2010 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, valued at $40. Total value of the 9 runners up prizes is $360.

5.4. The maximum total prize value is A$560 (including GST).

5.5. The prize winners will be notified by telephone and email on 6 September 2010.

5.6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. The prizes are not redeemable for cash and must be taken as offered. In the event that any element of the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.

5.7. The prize winner is responsible for all expenses not specified in these Conditions of Entry, including but not limited to, travel to and from the event, accommodation, transfers, meals, drinks and insurance (including medical, travel and health), items of personal nature (including gratuities, telephone and in-room charges), spending money and all other ancillary costs (including any food and drinks consumed at the event).

5.8. The prize winner acknowledges that the prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third party prize suppliers. In particular, the dress code for attending the event is 'Lounge Suit'. The prize winner must become acquainted with any such additional terms and conditions prior to taking the prize. The Promoter does not accept responsibility and is not liable for any additional conditions imposed on the taking of the prize or the breach of those conditions by any person.

6. Unclaimed prizes

If the prize is unclaimed by 12:00pm AEST on 8 September 2010, it will be awarded to the next most creative and unique entry as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. This process will be repeated every hour until a prize winner is contacted and the prize is claimed. The prize remains the property of the Promoter until it is collected by the selected prize winner or unclaimed prize winner as the case may be.

7. Information for Prize Winner

7.1. All entrants agree to provide the Promoter with identification and/or proof of age if selected as a prize winner. If a prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the prize winner's parent/guardian on their behalf and the prize winner's parent/guardian must accompany the prize winner at all times at the event. In accepting the prize, the prize winner and their parent or guardian (if applicable) agree to the release set out below. The form of identification and/or proof of age are at the discretion of the Promoter.

7.2. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Competition that they enter.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any entrant in connection with the Competition or prizes, including, without limitation: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.

8.2 No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter or its authorised agents for lost, ineligible, misdirected or late entries due to technical reasons or any other reason. Entries that are not genuine, are incomplete or late or are in any way fraudulent will be declared void.

8.3 The Promoter makes no representation or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any of the goods or services offered as the prize. If the Promoter is liable for any claim by a prize winner, including a claim arising from the Promoter's negligence, the Promoter's liability for any such claim will not exceed the value of the prize won as set out in these Conditions of Entry.

9 Privacy

By entering the Competition, the entrant understands and agrees that the Promoter may use and disclose the entrant's personal information to assist in conducting the Competition or communicating with the entrant in regard to special offers from the Promoter. Entrants in the Competition acknowledge that the Promoter may share an entrant's personal information with the Promoter's Australian related entities which may contact the entrant with special offers. If an entrant elects to receive information from third parties, the Promoter may also disclose the entrant's personal information for that purpose. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Promoter's Privacy Policy is available at http://www.foxsports.com.au/privacy. Entrants can access the personal information the Promoter holds about them, notify the Promoter that they do not wish the information to be disclosed or notify the Promoter that they do no wish to receive further promotional material by writing to the Promoter at 55 Pyrmont Bridge Road, Pyrmont 2009.

10 General

10.1 All entries must be original to and created solely by the entrant. All entries and all copyright and other rights in such entries and/or other materials become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned. Each participant agrees to provide a written assignment of all rights to the Promoter if requested. By submitting an entry and any other materials (save for any personal information) to the Promoter in connection with the Competition, each participant:

(a) specifically authorises the Promoter to use and/or license third parties to use such entry in whole or in part, throughout the universe, in perpetuity in or on any and all media, whether currently in existence or developed in the future, and alone or together or as part of other information, content and/or material of any kind or nature;

(b) represents and warrants that all elements contained in the entry or other material:

(i) are original to the participant and fully cleared for use as contemplated in these Conditions of Entry;

(ii) do not and will not, in any way, violate or breach any of the terms of any other agreement the participant may be a party to;

(iii) do not contain defamatory, tortious or otherwise unlawful, untrue or inaccurate information, infringe or violate any copyright or other right; or contain any matter the publication or sale of which will violate any law;

(iv) are not obscene or likely to cause offence;

(v) are not in any way cruel or abusive; and

(vi) will not require the Promoter to pay or incur any sums to any person or entity as a result of Promoters' use or exploitation of the same; and

(c) unconditionally and irrevocably consents to any act or omission which would otherwise infringe any of their moral rights in the entry and waives all moral rights in the entry that arise outside Australia.

10.2 This Competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the prize winner.

10.3 Acceptance of the prize constitutes consent on the prize winner's part to allow the use of the prize winner's name, image, voice and/or likeness by Promoter for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

10.4 No correspondence will be entered into and the judge's decision is final.

10.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Competition.

10.6 Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from the prize and should seek independent financial and taxation advice prior to their acceptance of the prize.

11 Contact details

11.1 It is the entrant's responsibility to inform the Promoter of any change to the entrant's contact details, including their email address.
