AMP Magazine called them one of the finest bands to ever grace the genre. Absolute Punk hailed their new record as being an early contender for Album of the Year. Across the globe from Philadelphia, The Evelyn are bringing you The Wonder Years and TheLBLM are giving one lucky member a double pass to rock out at their gig.

This pop, punk/hardcore band started in 2005 and have since have recorded 2 full length EPs and several splits and compilation contributions. In the last week of January 2010 they released their album “The Upsides” which sold 1852 units in its first week, landing it on four Billboard charts including: #5 on Alternative Artist, #9 on Top New Artist, #26 on Top Internet Album, and #43 on Indie Label Album. After such a huge musical success story The Wonder Years have recently announced they are going to re-release “The Upsides” this September. The re-released version will include new artwork and four additional surprise tracks.

Win A Double Pass to The Wonder Years at The Evelyn on September 18th.

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Employees of Beam Global Australia, Coca-Cola Amatil, their agents, contractors, consultants and their immediate families (including de facto spouses) or any other persons assisting with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, including but not limited to, anyone who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

4. The Promoter is Beam Global Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 85 003 953 357) of Level 1, Building 2, 49 Frenchs Forest Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW (Promoter).

5. Winners must be prepared to travel to 351 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy VIC 3056 for the event, which will take place on Saturday, 18th September 2010, doors open at 8:30pm. The winner must be prepared to travel to and from the event at their own expense and through their own means.

6. The winner will receive the following prize: 2 x tickets valued at $23.00 AUD each, total prize value of $46.00 AUD.

7. Entries to the competition commence Monday, 9th August and will close on Friday, 10th September 2010 5pm EST.

8. The draw will take place at Rockstar Management (224 Riley Street, Surry Hills 2010) at 5pm NSW EST on Friday, 10th September 2010.

9. The winner will be informed about how they will receive their tickets when they are notified about winning the competition.

10. All entrants must be aged 18 years or older. Proof of age will be required.

11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12. All winners agree to drink responsibly and abide by the RSA laws of the governing state.

13. Prize is not transferrable. No correspondence will be entered into.

14. Winners will be contacted by phone and email, and winner’s names will be posted on theLBLM.com on Friday, 10th September 2010.

15. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition entrants understand and agree that the Promoter (and its affiliates and companies that work for the Promoter) may use and disclose the information provided by them by entering the information into a database for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, subject to any applicable privacy laws.

16. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
