Terms & Conditions1. Information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry for the Nickelodeon’s Avatar Watch & Win Competition

To enter, entrants must log onto the Nickelodeon website (www.nickelodeon.com.au) and either; 1) Register their Nick Name and Password by providing the following information; First name, Last name, Address, State, Postcode, Date of birth, whether they are a girl or a boy, their email address, and some other optional information; or 2) If the entrant has previously registered their details they are only required to enter their Nick Name and Password in order to enter the competition.

Entry is open only to kids aged 5 - 15 years as of 19/09//2010 who are Australian residents who have the permission of a parent of guardian pior the entry. Employees and immediate families of Nickelodeon Australia and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. There will be 1 major prize winner and 10 runners up prize winners at the conclusion of the competition period. To be eligible for the major prize draw, entrants must submit the codeword revealed on-air each Sunday from the 29th of August 2010 till the 12th of September 2010. Each valid codeword will be entered into the major prize draw. A total of 3 codewords will be revealed during the competition period and each codeword will be played during its allocated week as per the schedule below. There is a cap on one entry per codeword, however once a codeword is revealed on air it can be entered into the competition anytime during the competition period.

6. Winners will be contacted by Nickelodeon. The random draw will take place on Monday September 20th at 10am at Nickelodeon’s offices at the following address: 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde NSW 2113.
7. The Nickelodeon Avatar Watch & Win competition commences from Sunday the 29th of August 2010 at 12pm and
entries close Sunday the 19th of Septmber 2010 at 11.59pm.8. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible to enter.

There will be one major prize winner who will receive
• Economy flights for 2 adults and 2 children to Sydney RRP $3400 (for all flights)
• Your own private screening of THE LAST AIRBENDER in the Paramount Sydney Theatrette RRP $3,000
• Two night’s accommodation at a 3 star hotel for 4 people RRP $1,000
• Airport transfers RRP $300
• A Skype chat or phone call with one of the stars of the film RRP $1000

10. Winners will need to be available for the private screening which will take place between 21st September to 1st October (the screening date will be set by Paramount Pictures, screening times and dates are subject to availability)
11. The major prize will be awarded to the parent of guardian of the entrant.
12. A credit card imprint maybe required upon check in to the hotel
13. Major prize is subject to availability and can be substitied for a prize of equal value at the promoter’s discretion. Substition is subject to the approval by state regulatory authorities.

15. Total value of prizing for the competition is $13,129.0016. Winners will be notified by mail. The major and runner up prize winners will also be advertised in The Australian Newspaper on Wednesday September 22, 2010. Any winner of an unclaimed draw will be notified in writing. All reasonable efforts will be taken to contact prize winners. In the event of any unclaimed prizes, prizes will be distributed in accordance with directions given by relevant state authorities. Due to timings of the major prize, the major prize redraw will occur on 10am September 27, 2010 at 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde NSW 2113. The winner will be advertised in the public section of the Australian newspaper on Wednesday September 29, 2010. Redraw for the runner up prizing will occur at 10am on December 20, 2010 at 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde, NSW 2113. In the event of a redraw, the winners will be advertised in the public section of the Australian Newspaper on Wednesday December 22, 2010.
17. No responsibility will be taken for late or lost entries.

For the major prize, the items listed in point 9 of the terms and conditions above are all the prize includes, and all ancillary costsare not included as part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner. The prize does not include spending money, hotel incidentals, taxes, insurance and any other expense and fees connected with the prize that are not included in the prize description
19. Prizes are not transferable to another period or redeemable for cash. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an item of equal or greater value subject to regulatory authority approval.
20. Nickelodeon will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking and/or using any prize under this competition.
