HOW TO ENTERTo be eligible to play the game, individuals must visit
www.breakfortetley.com.au, follow the prompts to the game entry page, register to play the game by inputting the requested details including their first name, last name, postcode, valid email address and phone number and submit during the promotional period.
Entrants will be directed to the game on submission of the requested details above. Once the game is completed an entrant’s game score will be displayed on the screen. Entrants will then be prompted to play the game again or exit.
Entrants who exit the game must login with their valid email address to play the game again.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Information on how to play and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents.
3. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to play the game and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all terms and conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this Promotion.
4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to play the game. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
5. Entrants may only enter the promotion in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who submits personal details during entry which are not their own or who tampers with the entry/game process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. At the discretion of the Promoter, any contact details incorrectly entered by an entrant may invalidate the relevant entry. Entries not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
6. If requested by the Promoter, the provisional Prize winners must produce, within the time reasonably requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion appropriate photo identification or other documentation, reasonably required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age, place of residence, eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim a Prize and compliance with these Terms, before the Promoter issues their Prize. If the items required by the Promoter are not received or a provisional winning entry has not been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period required by the promoter, the provisional winner's entry will be invalid and, at the Promoter's absolute discretion, all of the provisional winner's remaining entries will be invalid. Prizes will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction.
7. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

12. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Winners will be determined by the score they received for playing the game.
13. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. The valid entrant with the highest score for the game each week of the promotional period will win a ‘Break’ valued at AU$1,000. The prize is awarded in the form of a Free-2-Travel voucher and may be redeemed for any of the ‘break’ packages listed on
www.breakfortetley.com.au. The winner for each week will only be determined by comparing the scores obtained by entrants who played the game in that week. For the sake of clarity, if an entrant plays the game in week 2, the score they obtain will make them eligible to win a prize in week 2 only.

15. In the event of a tie for the highest game score for a given week, the prize will be divided equally between the tied entrants. For the sake of clarity, if there are two (2) entrants tied with the highest game score for a given week, each of the two (2) entrants will each receive a AU$500 ‘Break’, awarded in the form of a Free-2-Travel voucher. ssociated with redeeming the voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of Free-2-Travel including those specified on the voucher.
16. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter then the prize will be forfeited.
17. Total prize pool value is AU$8,000.
18. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
19. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
20. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
21. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, disqualify any entrant/s and declare any or all entries made by an entrant/s invalid if the entrant/s:
i. tampers with the entry process, including the use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permit the entrant to automatically enter repeatedly; or
ii. tampers with the operation of the Promotion or web site; or
iii. is found to be using multiple aliases or email addresses; or
iv. acts in a disruptive manner; or
v. fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction; or
vi. fails to produce items as required or produces items that, in the Promoter's opinion, are illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or
vii. acts in violation of these Conditions of Entry.
22. If an entrant selected as a winner is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the valid entrant with the next highest score for the game will be declared the winner. In the event that the entrant in breach of these Terms and Conditions has been awarded a prize, the entrant may be required to return the prize or reimburse the value of the prize to the Promoter.
23. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
24. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt in the Promotion database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant.
25. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise or any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control) including but not limited to any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Promotion; (c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (d) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the administering this Promotion; (e) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (g) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (h) taking of the prize.
26. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Promotion, as appropriate.
27. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
28. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
