Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.  Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

Entry is available to Australian residents only. If you have not yet reached the age of majority, you must have your parent or guardian’s permissions to enter this promotion.

Employees and their immediate families of The Promoter and Lovefishing.com.au (or related entities) and their immediate families, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
The promotion commences on the published date specified on each What’s Hot competition item and ends as stated on each item.
To enter the promotion, the participant must complete all sections of the official online entry form available at www.lovefishing.com.au during the promotional period.
The Prize: The winners of each draw will receive the prize as specified in the competition entered.
The winner will be contacted via email and notified of the nearest retailers street address where their prize can be collected, their name will also be published on www.lovefishing.com.au the following Thursday after the competition close date.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries/claims and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry or claim which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity. Proof considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
The winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.

Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission.  Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.

The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.


The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.  The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.
