CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. This information on how to enter the competition form part of the conditions of
entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions

3. To enter, eligible customers must complete the Weight Loss Challenge registration
form at Terry White Chemists Charlestown or Terry White Chemists Charlestown.

4. The Challenge is to lose 10kg or your goal weight, as determined between yourself
and the TWC Weight Loss consultants, within a 12 week period. You will be weighed
at the time of registration, a personalized weight loss plan will be provided by your
TWC Weight Loss consultant and it is recommended that you visit your TWC Weight
Loss consultant every 2 weeks for follow up advice and weigh-ins.

5. When you have reached your goal weight or 10kg weight loss you will receive a

6. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families)
of the promoter, agencies and retail sponsors associated with this promotion are
ineligible to enter.
7. The Weight Loss Challenge commences on Monday 10 Jan 2011 and registrations
close at 4pm on Friday 6 May 2011.
8. All entries become the property of the promoter. The promoter collects the personal
information on the entry form provided by entrants in the competition for the purpose of
the competition. By entering the competition, each entrant acknowledges a further
primary purpose of collection of entrants personal information is for direct marketing, to
