TERMS & CONDITIONS
Lynx Dry Full Control Promotion – Win a Full Control Gaming Pack
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter simply purchase any one (1) Lynx product from a participating Woolworths or Safeway store during the Promotional Period and enter in one of two ways:

(a) By Internet: Log on to www.lynxeffect.com.au/woolworths and complete all requested details in full and submit in the manner required, the online entry form, including entering the last five (5) digits of the Eligible Purchase's receipt number;

OR

(b) Send a SMS in the required format to 1996 5556. The required format is: "ELIGIBLE ENTRANT'S FIRST NAME" + SPACE + "LAST 4 DIGITS OF ELIGIBLE PURCHASE'S RECEIPT NUMBER". Entries are deemed accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission.

As part of these terms and conditions you are required to keep the original or copies of all receipt(s) as proof of purchase for all entries made in the event that you are drawn as a winner and for all entries to be valid. If for example you enter 5 times, and one of those entries is drawn as a winner, you will be required to provide original receipts for all 5 entries. Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase for each entry made to verify all entries before awarding the prize. Failure to provide these to the Promoter upon request may, at the Promoter's discretion; result in an invalid entry (and, at the Promoter's discretion, in all of the entrant's entries being invalid). Consumers may enter as many times as they like in accordance with the Terms and Conditions provided each entry is associated with a separate purchase of a Lynx product.

Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 15 years and over (the game 'Call of Duty' which is part of the prize, is rated 15 yrs). Employees of the Promoter, participating stores, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entrants under the age of 15 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter.
Promotion commences at 9.00am (AEDST) on 31st January 2011 and entries close at 5.00pm (AEDST) on 27th February 2011 (“Promotional Period”).
The Prize Draw will take place on the 7th March 2011 at 11.00am (AEDST) at Mass Media Studios, Level 4, 68 – 72 Wentworth Ave, Surry Hills NSW 2010.
The first 20 valid entries drawn in the Prize Draw will win a Lynx Dry Full Control Gaming Pack valued at up to RRP AU$1035.95 each. Gaming Pack includes one (1) Boomchair Pulse Gaming Chair, one (1) Xbox 360S 250GB console, two (2) wireless controllers with included Play and Charge and one (1) 'Call of Duty; Black Ops' video game. Delivery of the prize to the winner's nominated address is included in the prize. If the winner is under the age of 15 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on behalf of the winner.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Each Prize Winner will be contacted via phone and mail or email within 2 days of the prize draw date. The name of the winners will be published in The Australian on the 14th March 2011.
Total prize pool is valued at up to AU$20,719.00.
Prize will only be delivered in Australia by courier and winner/s should allow 28 days for delivery of their prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the use of techniques designed to avoid payment of call costs, for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Entrants are limited to one entry per purchase of any Lynx product. Maximum of five (5) entries per person, per day, and each entry must be based on a separate Lynx product purchase, submitted separately and must independently comply with these Conditions of Entry. Per person will be defined as the Entrant's email address submitted on the online entry form, and the registered holder of the mobile number used by the Entrant to enter via SMS.
Limit of one (1) prize per person and per household except in the case of winners from SA.
Proof of purchase for every entry submitted, in the form of a photocopy of an original store purchase receipt(s), must be provided on the Promoter's request in order to claim the prize. Where a copy of the receipt is not provided on request, or the receipt/s record(s) a purchase outside of the promotional period, the entry will be deemed invalid and the prize will be re-drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source and by those entrants invalid.
Cost of accessing the Internet is the entrant's responsibility. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant's responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incomplete or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid.
SMS entries must be sent from a mobile phone handset and be identified by a MSISDN (unique mobile SIM number) for security reasons to be eligible. Entrants must have the bill payer's permission to enter the promotion or their entry will be deemed invalid. Any form of automated entry using the Internet or any other device or software is invalid. Maximum SMS cost $0.55 (including GST). Standard carriers' SMS costs may apply. Standard carrier SMS costs remain the responsibility of each Entrant and are dependent on the carrier used and an Entrant's mobile phone plan. Any SMS entries submitted after the Promotional Period has closed will not be included in the promotion and will incur the $0.55 (including GST) charge. The charges for all SMS entry services will appear on the Entrant's next mobile phone bill. All general queries relating to mobile bills should be directed to the Entrant's mobile or telephone carrier. Mobile premium service provided by MessageMedia Interactive, Level 22, 385 Bourke Street Melbourne VIC 3000. If an entrant experiences any technical difficulties whilst entering via SMS, please call the mobile premium service helpline on 1800 205 596. If an Entrant wants to unsubscribe from the promotion and stop receiving electronic marketing messages they can call Unilever Australia Customer Service on 1800 888 449.
If any Lynx Dry full control gaming pack prizes remain unclaimed as of 8th June 2010 then the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw if necessary at the same time and place as the original draw (on 7th March 2011) in order to distribute any prize/s unclaimed by 8th June 2010, subject however to any directions from a regulatory authority. In the event of any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, they will be notified by telephone and mail or email and their name will be published in The Australian on 13th June 2011.
A prize, or any unused portion of a prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless specified otherwise.
In the event that a prize is not available despite the Promoter's reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal recommended retail value, subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with taking and using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
It is a condition of entry that the winner (and companion) may be required to execute a Deed of Acknowledgement, Release and Indemnity in a form prescribed by the Promoter in its discretion.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the telephone or internet user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or website, software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the promotion. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by a relevant Regulatory Authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at its address set out below. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
