Kleenex Plush Puppy Giveaway Promotion – Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the ‘Kleenex Plush Puppy Giveaway Promotion’ (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promotion commences 1st February 2011 at 10:00am AEST and closes 11th April 2011 at 11.59pm AEST (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.

4. To enter (Entry) the entrant must:
(1) log onto
www.kleenexmums.com.au (Kleenex Mums Website);
(2) click on the competition link on the Kleenex Mums Website to complete the Promotion questions;
(3) complete all the information requested for Entry into the Promotion including personal contact information;
(4) follow the link in the email sent by the Promoter to confirm Entry into the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period;
(5) for an additional Entry, click on the ‘share on Facebook’ button located on the Kleenex Mums Website to share details of the Promotion on the entrant’s Facebook page; and
(6) for another additional Entry, click on the ‘share on Twitter’ button located on the Kleenex Mums Website to share details of the Promotion on the entrant’s Twitter account.
5. Entries are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time the entrant confirms the Entry by following the link in the email sent by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.

8. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected Entry.
9. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, network lines, bugs/ viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
10. Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter) will void the entrant’s entry.
11. The first ten valid entries drawn electronically at random will win a Kleenex brand plush puppy soft toy valued at $19.95 each (Plush Puppy). There are 100 Plush Puppies to be won.
12. Total prize value is up to a maximum of $1,995. The value of the prize(s) is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize(s) after that date.
13. Each Plush Puppy winner will be notified in writing by e-mail within two (2) days of the relevant draw. The names of the winners of the Plush Puppies will be published on the Kleenex Mums Website on the following dates:

14. The prizes (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by a winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prizes with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where a prize is unavailable), subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
15. The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary for an unclaimed prize at Kimberly Clark Australia, 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point NSW 2061 on 15 July 2011 at 10.00am AEST, subject however to any directions given by any applicable gaming authorities. The winners of any unclaimed prize will be notified in writing by e-mail within two (2) days of the relevant draw and details of the winner of any unclaimed prize will be published on the Kleenex Mums Website on 22 July 2011.

18. All tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
19. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the Promotion or receiving, taking or using the Plush Puppies except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the Conditions of Entry.
21. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entries which do not meet validation criteria or which are not submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
23. The winner agrees to participate in any news media activities surrounding the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name, voice, image and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without additional compensation.
24. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law.
