Information on how to enter forms part of the conditions of entry. The competition is open to Australian residents only. Employees of Express Publications Pty Limited ACN 057 807 904 (“Express”), Dux Manufacturing Limited (“EcoSmart Hot Water”) ACN 077 879 844 and their subsidiaries and families are not eligible to enter. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, it may be substituted for a prize of a similar nature and/or like or greater value. The competition commences Friday, 18 February 2011 and closes last mail Thursday, 7 April 2011. The winner will be chosen at 50 Silverwater Road, Silverwater NSW 2128 at 4pm on 11 April 2011 after the competition ends. There will be one winner. If the winner is not present when chosen they will be notified by phone and mail. The winner will be decided by a panel appointed by Home Ideas and Modern Home magazines. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality. The prize is one Ecosmart 315 litre 2 x panel Electric Boosted Solar Hot Water heater. In the event that a solar hot water heater cannot be installed in your home/unit, an alternative and appropriate environmental hot water heater will be offered in its place to suit your home/unit. Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of the winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of that winner. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Ecosmart Hot Water may substitute a prize of similar nature and/or like or greater value.
