Information on how to enter forms part of the conditions of entry. The competition is open to Australian residents only. Employees of Express Publications Pty Limited ACN 057 807 904 (“Express”), Electrolux Home Products Pty Limited ACN 004 762 341 (“Electrolux Home Products”) and their subsidiaries and families are not eligible to enter. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The competition commences Friday, 18 February 2011 and closes last mail Thursday, 7 April 2011. The winner will be chosen at 50 Silverwater Road, Silverwater NSW 2128 at 4pm on 11 April 2011 after the competition ends. There will be one winner. If the winner is not present when chosen they will be notified by phone and mail. The winner will be decided by a panel appointed by Home Ideas and Modern Home magazines. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality. The prize is one Westinghouse WDF901SA stainless steel dishwasher. The total prize value is approximately $ 1,009.00. The prize value is subject to change after printing. The dishwasher is freestanding and must be installed at the winner’s own cost. Electrolux Home Products will pay for the delivery costs of the prize to the winner and deliver the prize to the winner in the event that the winner lives in the metropolitan areas of either Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth. A winner who lives outside of the metropolitan areas of either Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth must organize and pay for the delivery of the prize to them from a store located in the above nominated areas. Express will not pay for any of the delivery costs of the prize to the winner. Express and Electrolux Home Products will not pay for any other costs associated with the prize. Installation of the dishwasher is NOT included in the prize and must be organised and paid for by the winner. Electrolux Home Products warrants that for domestic applications, the Westinghouse product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years (3 months warranty for commercial applications).
