The fabulous Mannix is back for a third season, released on DVD this month in a six disc set and in honour of its arrival we have five copies to give away!
Featuring all twenty five episodes from the season the series follows the cases of private detective Joe Mannix (the excellent Mike Connors) working out of 17 Paseo Verde in Los Angeles. Helped by his trusty secretary Peggy Fair (played by Gail Fisher) who has a nice line in police contacts that help her boss just when he needs it.
In this third season there is a return home for Joe and a chance to make things up with his estranged father as well as the usual tracking of murderers, criminals and general bad guys.
Always very entertaining and definitely action packed Mannix is not to be missed. Watch out too for guest appearances from the likes of Loretta Swit, Hugh Beaumont, Marion Ross, Larry Linville, Mike Farrell and Gordon Jump.
