TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. Each claim must be completed on the official cash‐back offer form and must contain original tax invoice of one bottle of Sunraysia Beetroot & Apple juice 750mL purchased between 23 February 2011 and 6 April 2011. Any entries with proof of purchase receipt dated outside these dates will be invalid. Any cash‐back claims received after 30 June 2011 will be invalid. The tax invoice must clearly specify the store of purchase, tax invoice number and purchase date.
2. Only one claim per cash‐back form and one cash‐back form per envelope will be accepted.
There is a limit of one claim per household. Forms must be posted to: The Sunraysia Natural Beverage Company, 121 Cecil St, South Melbourne, VIC, 3205.
3. Your claim will only be accepted if you have registered using the same name for the cash‐back offer on the Sunraysia website
www.sunraysia.com.
4. Claims will not be accepted on Sunraysia Beetroot & Apple juice purchased outside of the stated purchase period or on any other Sunraysia products.

Registrations for the offer open at 12.01am AEDT on Wednesday 23 February 2011 and close at midnight AEST on Wednesday 6 April 2011
or when the first 10,000 registrations are received – whichever comes first. The Sunraysia Beetroot & Apple juice 750mL must be purchased between 23 February 2011 and 6 April
2011. Claims must be received by 30 June 2011. If the number of registrations meets the limit of 10,000, claimants will be notified on
