Win A Caravan Promotion

Promotions Terms & Conditions:
1. Information on how to enter and prize form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents who are over 18 years of age, and complete an entry coupon available at Caravan shows during the promotional period or complete the online entry coupon at www.WinACaravan.com.au or www.WinACaravan.com . All online entries will be downloaded and placed in a manual draw. Entry is limited 1 entry per person.

3. Promotion commences 1st February, 2011 and closes at 11.59pm AEDST on the 6th  October, 2011.

4.  The draw will take place on the 7/10/2011 at 12 noon at The Melbourne Leisurefest Caravan Show.  The winners will be notified by Phone and mail, their name will be published in The Australian on 4/11/2011. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. The first valid entry drawn will win a 21Ft “The Jewel” New Age Caravan to the value of $89,990.00 including registration and all on-road costs. Total prize pool is $91,490.00 GST inclusive.
The winner will be invited to attend an opening event at the New Age Caravan showroom on the 12th November, 2011. If the winner takes up the invitation, the economy flight to and from the winners nearest capital city to Melbourne and transfers in Melbourne will all be arranged and supplied by the Promoter, to the value of $1,500.00.

6. The Caravan will be built to order once the winner has been advised. Prize will be delivered to the winners nominated address within 28 days of the draw.

7. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winning, individual financial advice should be sought.

8. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its associated companies & agencies involved in this promotion are ineligible to enter.

9. The promoters accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize offered.

10. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.

11. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any misdirected or lost entries or entries not received by the closing date.

12. In the event of any prize not being claimed after three months of the draw, the winning entry will be deemed not to fulfil the entry requirements and the promoter may, subject to relevant state authorities and Regulation 10 of the Art Unions and public amusements Regulations 1992 (QLD) conduct further draws as are necessary to distribute the prize. Date of unclaimed prize draw is 10/2/2012.  Time and place as the first draw. The winners name will be published in The Australian on 17/2/2012 and notified in writing.

13.  All entries become the property of the promoter and may be entered into the New Age Caravan database unless stated otherwise by participants. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant’ personal information may be disclosed to state and Territory lottery departments and the winner’s name published as required under the relevant lottery Legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
