Could it be Mount Everest (the highest mountain in the world) and that deer looks just like the Swamp Deer found in the Himalayas? Hmmmm just not sure

There are icebergs along the Inside Passage from Vancouver to Alaska if you take a cruise up that way and of course deer everywhere.

I really have no idea - did think it was in Europe somewhere to begin with - now have no idea. However if you are going on the New York theme - what did cross my (obscure) mind with Bright art
was Art Garfunkel "Bright Eyes".
