Conditions Information on how to enter and details of prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of NSW, QLD, VIC, NT, SA, ACT and WA who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and outlets associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Limit applies of one entry per person per day. The promotion commences at 00.01 EDT on 16/01/2012
and closes at 23.59 EDT on 12/02/2012 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after this date and time will not be entered into the prize draw.
A draw will take place each Monday during the Promotional Period (23/01/2012, 30/01/2012, 06/02/2012) at 10.00 EDT and a final draw will take place on Monday 13/02/2012 at 10.00 EDT. All draws will take place at Octagon, 32 Grosvenor St, The Rocks, Sydney, NSW, 2000. The first 20 valid entries of each draw will receive a prize.
Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw.
The prize pool for each draw consists of:
a) Budweiser Vintage T-Shirt (RRP $40.00) x 8
b) Budweiser Beach Towel (RRP $25.00) x 2
c) Budweiser Vintage Cap (RRP $25.00) x 6
d) Budweiser Sunglasses (RRP $15.00) x 4
The first eight valid entries drawn at each draw will each win a Budweiser Vintage T-Shirt (RRP $40.00). The next two valid entries drawn will each win a Budweiser Beach Towel (RRP $25.00). The next six valid entries drawn will each win a Budweiser Vintage Cap (RRP $25.00). The next four valid entries drawn will each win Budweiser Sunglasses (RRP $15.00). Prizes will be delivered to winners within 28 days of the relevant draw.
Total RRP of all prizes per draw is $580.00. The total RRP of the prize pool across all draws is $2320.00. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be notified by email within two days of each draw.
If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 14/05/12 at the same time and place as the first draws in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Winners will be notified by email within two days of the draw.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the lottery authorities.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are the winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
