Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
1. Competition is only open to permanent residents of Australia during the competition period of 15th December 2011 at 9:00am AEST to 31st January 2012 17:00pm AEST.
2. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. The only competition entries considered valid are those completed as per these terms and conditions and submitted via the online entry form found at
www.footlocker.com.au.
4. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The best three (3) answers from Australia, judged the most creative to the question displayed on the online entry form will respectively win the prizes below.
1. Apple iPad 2 with Wi Fi 16GB – White valued at A$579.00, plus a pair of Bluehaven shoes valued up to A$119.95
2. Olympus Tough TG- 310 Digital/ Waterproof camera including a Sony 8GB memory card valued at A$220 , plus a pair of Bluehaven Shoes valued at up to A$119.95

5. Prizes are supplied by Dominion Cross Pty Ltd. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes will be provided as soon as they become available following the judging of the competition.
6. Final entries accepted 31st January 17:00pm AEST. Winners will be judged at 9:00am AEST Friday 3rd February 2012 at Dominion Cross Pty Ltd , ABN 12097642549 at Unit 2,68 Lisgar Street Virginia QLD 4014. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winners will be notified by email, as well as in writing within two working days and winners will be published as a blog on Footlocker Australia’s website on Wednesday February 13th 2012. Goods must be claimed in store by the winner, no longer than 10 working days after being notified, alternatively Goods will be sent by registered post. Bluehaven shoes will need to be tried on at the nearest Footlocker store.
8. Dominion Cross Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection to any of the prizes.
9. Privacy: the promoter needs to collect the personal information on this entry in order to enter each entrant into the competition. The promoter may use personal information about each entrant for related purposes, including sending the entrant information about Foot Locker. If an entrant wishes to access the personal information held, please contact the promoter. If you do not provide us with all or part of the personal information requested we may not be able to enter you into the competition.
10. Entries become the property of the promoter and may be used along with winners’ names for promotional purposes.
11. The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
12. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination the promoter may in its discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to any government regulation
13. All entrants under the age of 18 must obtain prior permission of their legal parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. The parent or guardian may be called to verify consent and may be required to sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter. The release will also require the winner’s parent or guardian to accept responsibility for the acts and forbearances of the winner. The release must include the full name, address and telephone number of the winner’s legal guardian. Failure to provide such proof, particulars or releases will immediately invalidate the winner’s entitlement to the prize, subject to State and Territory legislation.
14. If the promoter is unable to contact the winner to claim fulfilment of the promotional prize that winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety and it shall be rewarded to the next runner up in the promotion. The promoter will not be liable for a winner who cannot be contacted and therefore forfeits their prize and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The promoter reverses the right to amend these Conditions of Entry if this competition cannot be run as originally planned. The promoter may also cancel or suspend this competition if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the competition.
