Let's Be Honest, word of mouth marketing is powerful, so Pixics is bringing you this giveaway.
From now until the month of February, you can enter our Twitter Bird Giveaway by entering your name, email address, liking the Pixics Facebook Page, tell the giveaway to a friend, and share the giveaway on your facebook page . You will qualify for the giveaway once your friend submits their own entry. It's really that simple, and by helping us you'll get a chance to win our current prize.

1. Who Can Enter:
You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in the Pixics Giveaway(the "Giveaway"). Employees, former employees, current or past officers, principals, directors or agents of Pixics, and members of their households or immediate families, are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter:
Entrants must fill out their first name, last name, email address, and friends email, at
www.pixics.com (the "Site"). Once the necessary information is filled out and submitted, the entrants must then share the Pixics Giveaway Page,
http://www.pixics.com/giveaway/, onto their Facebook profile. AFterwards, the entrant must 'like' Pixics Facebook page. If the entrants does not have a Facebook page they will not be eligible for this giveaway. In order for the entrants to qualify, the referred friend must submit their own entry before the giveaway end date. There is a limit of one submission per Entrant.
Email addresses that have opted in for the Pixics mailing list may be used by Pixics, to send promotional material indefinitely in the future until the Entrants opt out.
*The very last entry will be considered for the giveaway even without the referred friend submitting their entry.
3. Submission Period:
Submissions will be accepted until the date noted in the initial giveaway page at
www.pixics.com/giveaway/.
4. Prizes:
The Grand Prize is the prize that is noted in the intial giveaway page at
www.pixics.com/giveaway, and will be awarded to one entrant per giveaway. Pixics.com will select an entrant at it's sole discretion and the decision will be final and binding. The grand prize winner will be chosen the day after the final submission date, and the entrant will be notified via email.
All prizes are "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. No Substitution, exchange or transfer of prizes will be made or is permitted. The prize(s) will be awarded to the winning Entrant provided that the winning Entrant certifies and establishes to Pixics satisfaction that he/she has complied with these Official Rules and has signed all necessary assignment documents, forms, and releases as determined by Pixics, if any. Pixics will also require the winning entrant to submit a photo of themselves, which will only be used on Pixics.com website. The winning entrant shall be responsible for all tax liabillities, if any.
In the event that the Winner does not comply with the giveaway Rules, Pixics reserves the right to select and announce another winner, at it's sole discretion and at a time and place of its choosing. All other Rules apply.
