2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Entry is open only to Queensland residents who must hold a current subscription of The Courier-Mail and The Sunday Mail within the promotional period. Must be able to show upon request proof of residency e.g. Drivers Licence.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of News Queensland, Apollo Motorhomes and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Thursday 01 March 2012 at 00.01 (AEST) and concludes with Saturday 31 March, 2012 at 23:59 (�the Competition Period�)

4.PRIZES
There will be 1 (one) prize winner who will receive:
1 x 28 (twenty-eight) days holiday in an Apollo Motorhome 6 berth motorhome. Package includes GPS, camp chairs (up to six), camp table (up to two), gas bottle refill, toilet sachets, baby/booster seats (if required) and extended Roadside Assistance Program. NB: Pricing is dynamic and changes daily dependent on seasons, demand and location, hence prize value is an approximate value.
TOTAL PRIZE POOL APPROXIMATELY $7,500.00
4.1 Prize not redeemable for cash or any other services and forfeited if unable to redeem by March 31, 2013. Prize validity will not be extended past 31/03/13. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize or any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then the prize or any element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash.
4.2 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event of that any prize item is unavailable; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. All other expenses, other than those outlined in the terms and conditions are the responsibility of the prize winner.
4.3 In the event of that any prize item is unavailable; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
4.4 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draws. All draws will take place at News Queensland, Mayne Road, Bowen Hills Qld 4001 at 10am Tuesday 02 April, 2012.
5.2 The winner/s will be notified by mail and or telephone.
5.3 The Promoter�s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter�s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to State Legislation.
6.2 News Queensland and Apollo Motorhomes Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 News Queensland and Apollo Motorhomes Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
6.3.1 during the draw;
6.3.2 whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the draw; or
6.3.3 in the participation in any prize;
6.3.4 as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
6.3.5 due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compare, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
6.3.6 in relation to failure of an SMS entry message to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
6.3.7 arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion;

8. SPECIFIC APOLLO MOTORHOME HOLIDAYS TERMS & CONDITIONS
8.1 Drivers must have held a full manual driver�s license for 2 years. For full license terms and conditions please read

8.2 Prize must be booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance of the vehicle pick up date.
8.3 Hire days must be taken consecutively between May 1st 2012 � March 31st 2013. Multiple bookings will not be allowed. If the winner does not hire for the full 28 days all remaining days are forfeited.
8.4 Liability: A $7,500 liability fee/bond will be charged to the winner�s credit card at the commencement of the hire period. The liability fee will be refunded in full on the condition that the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was provided. Credit Card fees apply and are non refundable. Should the winner wish to reduce their liability they can do this at their own cost by taking a liability reduction option.
8.5 Vehicle hire is supplied on a vehicle only basis with standard insurance (for full details go to

8.6 Standard rental terms and conditions apply and are subject to change without notice � see
www.apollocamper.com. This hire applies to the daily rental rate, government fees and taxes and liability fees. This free rental is subject to vehicle availability and approval by Apollo at all times.
8.7 Valid for hire from any Apollo branch in Australia except for the Broome and Hobart branches.
8.8 Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Travel to and from the Apollo branch pick up and drop off is at the winner�s expense. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with any third party vendor terms and conditions.
8.9 Hire cannot be changed once booked except at the winner�s own expense.
8.10 It is the winner's personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation and Australian Manual Driver�s Licence at the time of the hire. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred during the hire period or as a result of such documents being obtained or not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
8.11 Petrol is not included. The nominated winner may be required to cover incidentals including petrol, holiday/travel insurance, visas and passports. etc that are not included in the prize. All other expenses associated with the prize are not included, unless otherwise stated. Apollo Motorhome Holidays recommends additional travel insurance.
8.12 The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
8.13 If for any reason any element of the prize/s becomes unavailable, which is out of the promoters control then a similar prize to equal value, will be awarded in lieu. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
8.14 Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
8.15 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
8.16 The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), expenses, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
8.17 If for any reason the proper conduct of this promotion is compromised due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify an entrant or cancel this Promotion.
8.18 Comprehensive insurance, additional options and all ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. 8.21 Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars unless where stipulated. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in prize values.
