“Mother’s Day 5-Star Hotel Competition”1. Instructions on how to enter (as featured on the promotional page on
www.crazysales.com.au Facebook Page) form part of these conditions of entry.
2. The promotion period begins 3pm AEST on 26th April 2012 and ends at 11pm AEST on 15th May 2012
3. Entry is free and open to Australian Residents only, who are 16 years or over. Employees of Auspac Sources Pty Ltd and associated companies and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
4. Entrants must Like CrazySales Facebook Page to be eligible for entry.
5. Entrants must enter their postcode and state of their place of residence in the entry form provided on
www.CrazySales.com.au Facebook Page. Winners will be allocated their prize within the state/territory of their residency.
6. Eligible entrants must complete their entry details on the form- accessed from
www.facebook.com/crazysales.com.au7. Entrants can only enter the Promotion in their own name and email address. Entries are one per person only.
8. Incomplete entries will not be eligible to win the prize.
9. Entrant may only win once during the entire competition promotion. If an entrant wins a prize they are not eligible to win another prize.
10. All entries will be downloaded and placed into a manual draw and chosen randomly. Seven (7) prizes will be drawn on 16th May 2012 at 10am AEST at the Auspac Sources Offices located at 1-5 Villa Road, Springvale, Victoria 3171. Winners will be announced on Facebook 17th May 2012.
11. Winner/s will be notified in writing via email by the 17th May 2012 and announced on CrazySales.com.au Facebook. Winner’s details will be promoted on our website banners and email newsletters and any other form of media of choice. Redraw winners will be notified via email and will be published on Crazysales website.

The Promoter may conduct further draws at 10am at the Auspac Sources building located at 1-5 Villa Road, Springvale, Victoria 3171 if prize unclaimed or the Promoter is unable to make contact with the winner by three (3) months, 11th July 2012. If such a draw is required, the winner will be notified via email.

The total prize pool is valued up to $4,000. Prizes include seven (7) two (2) nights accommodation (Friday/Saturday) including breakfast in following hotels. (One (1) prize at each of the hotels) (VIC) Crown Promenade Hotel Melbourne, (NSW) Sheraton on The Park Sydney, (QLD) Hilton Brisbane (SA) Hilton Adelaide, (WA) Duxton Hotel Perth, (TAS) The Henry Jones Art Hotel Hobart, (NT) Crowne Plaza Darwin.14. The promoter will not pay for any additional costs incurred during winner’s stay at any of the hotels in the prize pool.
15. Date restrictions apply at some of the hotels and are different for each hotel. Winners will be notified of date restrictions applicable to each of the hotels.
16. Winners my upgrade their rooms at their own expense. The price difference will be based upon the price of the room per night from dates within the specified non-restrictive date such as public holidays, school holidays etc applicable to the individual hotel.
17. All bookings and contact with the hotels for each prize must be made via the
www.CrazySales.au representative travel agent.
18. Winners accept that certain date restrictions apply.
19. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
20. Prize values mentioned are in Australian dollars and are the total amount at the time of the competition. (Specials, sales or any change to the original price is not applicable) The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring between the competition dates and the date the prize is claimed.
21. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Promoters Privacy Policy

By entering the competition, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. social@crazysales.com.au22. The use of any form of automated software or any other electronic, mechanical or other means that allows multiple entries to be repeated continuously is not permitted and will automatically disqualify the entrant from the competition.
23. Costs incurred to enter the competition such as internet or mobile phone usage are the responsibility of the entrant and not the responsibility of the promoter. The entrant must cover all associated costs.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or to cancel or modify the competition if the competition is interfered with or is not able to be conducted due to any reason beyond the Promoters control.
25. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any lost or late entries and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times of the competition period due to technical or human error.
26. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning or receiving the benefit of the Prizes.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms. The Promoter's decisions in relation to all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter has the right to remove any entry that is offensive, abusive, racist, and negative about

28. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that it is a condition of participation in the Promotion that the entrant be capable of agreeing to these Terms and giving the consents contained herein.
