1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry
into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility
3. Entry is only open to
Australian residents aged 18 years or over (Eligible Entrants)
excluding directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the
Promoter and its related bodies corporate, and registered travel companions and its
related bodies corporate of employees of the Promoter. Immediate family means any of
the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or
by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece,

4. The promotion commences at 12.00 noon (AEST) on Wednesday 9 May 2012 and
closes
at 3.00pm (AEST) on Friday 11 May 2012 (Promotion Period). Only entries that are
received during that time will be eligible for entry.
How to Enter
5. To enter the draw, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps during the
Promotion Period:
5.1.visit the Jetstar Australia Facebook Page at
http://www.facebook.com/JetstarAustralia;5.2.become a fan of Jetstar Australia Facebook Page by clicking the ‘like’ button (if not
an existing fan of the Facebook Page);
5.3.click the ‘8

Page;
5.4.click the ‘allow’ button as prompted, to permit the Promoter access to their basic
information;
5.5.
watch for the 6 clues released on the Jetstar Australia Facebook page during the
Promotion Period directing Eligible Entrants to various places across Jetstar’s official
website (www.jetstar.com) and the Jetstar Australia Facebook Page where a ‘piece of
cake’ image is hidden (six (6) pieces of cake in total will be hidden throughout the
Promotion Period).5.6.‘collect’ all six (6) promo codes (one (1) promo code will appears on each piece of
cake), by inputting each of the six (6) codes into their individual game tracker through
Facebook.
6. All entry details including name and email address must be completed.
7. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and will not be entered into the draw and are
not eligible to win a prize. Only valid codes will be accepted for entry. In addition, code/s
must be correctly entered into the game tracker on Facebook to be eligible for entry.
8.
There is a limit of one entry per person. 9. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winners provide proof of identity, age,
and proof of residency as a condition of receipt of the prize. The Promoter reserves the
right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Entrant
for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not (in the
reasonable opinion of the Promoter) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the
Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those
rights.
10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
12. Incomprehensible or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
13. The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Level 4, 448 St Kilda Road, Melbourne
Victoria 3004 on Monday 14 May 2012. at 4.00pm (AEST). The Promoter may draw
additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible
entrant is drawn.
14. Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw and the Major Prize winner’s
name will be published in The Australian newspaper on Friday 18 May 2012.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence
regarding the result.
16. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winners must comply with all the conditions
of use of the prize.

The first valid entry drawn will win a $3,000 Jetstar voucher (Major Prize). The $3,000
Jetstar voucher may be used to redeem flights and any other holiday products including
accommodation, activities, transfers and parking (excluding insurance and car hire)
available on the Jetstar Australia website (
http://www.jetstar.com/au/en/home). Voucher
may not be used to redeem holidays products only (i.e. flights must also be booked in
order to book the holiday products). All bookings using the voucher are subject to
availability.
18. The next twenty-five (25) valid entries drawn will each win a $200 Jetstar voucher (Minor
Prize). The voucher is redeemable for flights only. For the sake of clarity, the voucher
may not be used to redeem holiday products on the Jetstar website.
19. The total prize pool is AU$8,000.20. Each voucher will be issued in the name of the winning Eligible Entrant provided as part
of the entry. The following conditions will apply in respect of the voucher:
a. Winners must redeem the voucher in one transaction only. Any amount not
redeemed in that transaction will be forfeited. The voucher is not transferable.
Travel with the voucher must be booked by the winner or the winner must be a
passenger.
b. Any unused balance of the voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of
the voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those
specified on the voucher.
c. Winner’s booking must be made within 6 months from the date the voucher is
issued, and is only permitted for travel which commences and is completed within
12 months from the date of issue of the voucher. The voucher may only be used
for the standard Starter fare flight tickets (in the event flights are redeemed with
the voucher). The issue date appears on the top right hand corner of the issued
voucher. Booking dates and travel dates will be strictly applied.d. Jetstar will not extend the booking dates under any circumstances. Unless
otherwise stated, airfares are non-refundable. Limited changes are permitted,
additional charges apply. Voucher may not be applied to these additional
charges. The standard Starter fare conditions apply. See jetstar.com for further
details.
e. The voucher is only redeemable up to the value stated on the voucher for Jetstar
fares, taxes, fees and other charges associated with normal Jetstar internet or
telephone reservations bookings. The voucher is not redeemable for cash or
other goods and services.
f. The Minor Prize voucher is not refundable and is redeemable for flights only (e.g.
accommodation and car hire cannot be purchased with this voucher). The Major
Prize voucher can be redeemed for Jetstar holiday products (including
accommodation, activities, transfers, parking but excluding insurance and car
hire) if a flight is in the same booking when a winner redeems the voucher.
g. All travel is subject to availability at the time of booking, the fares conditions
quoted at the time of booking and the Jetstar Conditions of Carriage and Jetstar
holiday booking conditions (applicable when holiday products are purchased). For
holiday products, cancellation fees up to 100% apply.
h. Any additional travel or land content booked in conjunction with the use of the
voucher will be subject to standard booking conditions.
21. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that
may exist at any destination.
22. The prize winner will not accrue Qantas Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel and
cannot use Qantas Frequent Flyer points or cash to upgrade any prize travel or
accommodation. All prize travel on Jetstar will be subject to fare rules and the Jetstar's
Conditions of Carriage.
23. Each prize must be taken as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash
or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless
agreed to by the Promoter.
24. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a
prize, then the prize will be forfeited.
25. A draw for for any unclaimed prizes may take place on Monday 20 August 2012 at the
same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory
authority. Winner(s) (if any) will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw and the
unclaimed Major Prize winner’s name (if any) will be published in The Australian
newspaper on Friday 24 August 2012.
26. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute
the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written
directions from a regulatory authority.
27. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter,
including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the
Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a)
to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory
authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
28. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit,
exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition
and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act
or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded,
including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers,
employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal
injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
29. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable
Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not
responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or
any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment
malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised
access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered,
damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any
reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to
that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or
entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
30. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and their respective officers, employees and
agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but
not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection
with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, except for any
liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the
maximum extent allowable by law).
31. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event they
are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an
unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion
(including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or
supplied by the Promoter.
32. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may,
for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to
agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian
regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter
may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for
promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending
electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt
out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. Without limiting the foregoing
Eligible Entrants' personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be
handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Statement, a copy of which is
available at
www.jetstar.com. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.
33. As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner must sign any legal documentation as
and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute
discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
