Promotional Period
1. “Money Madness” Members Promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 9.00am on Monday 12 August 2013 and ends Wednesday 6 August 2014, after the final draw at 8.50pm.
Entry Requirements
2. Entry is open to all financial members of the club.
3. Entry tickets are generated via Task point of sale system when a member swipes their membership card during a food and/or beverage transaction.
4. Members are entitled to one (1) entry ticket per transaction from any food and / or beverage outlet, on any day of the week during the promotional period.
5. Entry tickets must be placed in the ‘Money Madness’ promotional barrel for the chance to win. This barrel will be open from 6pm every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and closes at 8.50pm, before the final draw of the evening.
6. Members can place their tickets into any ‘Money Madness’ barrel on any scheduled promotional day they choose.
7. Tickets from each draw will be removed and are void following the final draw at 8.50pm.Draws & Prizes
8. The draws will commence at 8pm, with a total of six (6) draws conducted every ten (10) minutes (8.00pm, 8.10pm, 8.20pm, 8.30pm, 8.40pm and 8.50pm).
9. The prizes are cash amounts, commencing at $200 and jackpotting by $100 for every unclaimed amount. For example the first draw is for $200, if this is unclaimed the second draw is for $300 and so on.
10. If the final draw for the night, draw six (6), is unclaimed, the first draw for the next evening of the promotion will commence at that amount plus the $100 jackpot amount. This amount will be displayed on the promotional barrel.
11. The jackpot feature is capped at $2,000. Once this amount is reached and the amount is remains unclaimed on the first draw, four (4) winners will be drawn from the barrel and each will receive $450 ($1,800). The next schedule draw will be reset to $200.
12. Members must be present to claim a prize and have four (4) minutes to do so.
General
13. As with all promotions, members must use their own cards. Cards cannot be used by proxy.
14. No cash prizes can be awarded after 10pm.
15. Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
16. Revesby Workers’ Club is the promoter. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.
17. Revesby Workers’ Club reserves the right to cancel or change the prizes offered under this promotion if there are any changes to the law which would render the promotion or any prizes offered under the promotion unlawful.
18. Decisions of the management of Revesby Workers’ Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
19. To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these terms and conditions, make no provision or in relation to which the relevant terms and conditions are unclear, Revesby Workers’ Club reserves the right to make a decision regarding such a situation or issue in its sole and absolute discretion and such a decision will be final and binding.
20. Directors, Management and Staff of Revesby Workers’ Club, Revesby Workers’ Sport & Recreation Club and Mooney Mooney Workers’ Club, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the promotion.
21. Participation in the Promotion by a patron confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the Club’s Rules and By-Laws in force from time to time.
22. Should a prize winner consent to having his/her photograph taken, that selected prize winner consents to having his/her name and photograph published in any form of media and agrees to participate in any reasonable promotion requested by Revesby Workers’ Club.
23. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
24. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be entered into a database. The promoter may use the entrants' names, addresses and telephone numbers for the distribution of prizes as well as future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
25. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner.
26. The laws of the state of New South Wales govern the promotion.
