The Promoter is RONDO BUILDING SERVICES PTY. LTD. (ACN 000 289 207), 57-87 Lockwood Road, Erskine Park NSW 2759 (Rondo).
Information about prizes and how to enter form part of the terms and conditions, and participation in the Rondo Fully Loaded Giveaway promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on 1 August 2013 and ends at 11.59pm 28 February 2014 (AEST) on 28/02/14 (Promotion Period).
The Promotion Period has two prize draw periods (Prize Draw Periods) which are:
Prize Draw Period 1: 12.01am (AEST) 1 August 2013 to 11.59 pm 31 October 2013 (AEST).
Prize Draw Period 2: 12.01am (AEST) 1 November 2013 to 11.59 pm 28 February 2014 (AEST).
Entry to the Promotion is open to Boral Limited Account Holders or Boral "Direct Link" cash account customers with a registered address in Victoria and within approved trading terms during the Promotion and at the time of any prize draws (Eligible Entrant).
Employees of the Promoter, its shareholders, and their related bodies corporate and employees' immediate families and the Promoter's suppliers and agencies associated with the Promotion, resellers (including hardware stores operating as part of a chain and independent distributers) and Account Holders of Boral Limited or Boral Direct Link that spent over $2.5 million in the previous financial year (1 July 2012- 30 June 2013) are ineligible to enter the Promotion.
To enter the Promotion, an Eligible Entrant, must during the Promotion Period, complete a registration form available at participating Boral retail outlets in Victoria. Eligible Entrants will automatically receive one entry for each $100 (ex GST) of Rondo products purchased at participating Boral retail outlets in Victoria during the relevant Prize Draw Period.
Entrants must retain an original or photocopy of the receipt/invoice/statement they receive from each transaction as proof of purchase to redeem prizes.
Each prize draw will be conducted by Boral Australian Gypsum Limited on behalf of Rondo at 251 Salmon street, Port Melbourne Victoria 3205 on the following dates:
Prize Draw 1 for Prize Draw Period 1: 15 November 2013 at 3.00pm
Prize Draw 2 for Prize Draw Period 2: 14 March 2014 at 3.00pm
Prize Draw 3 for all remaining entries from both Prize Draw Periods 1 & 2: 14 March 2014 at 4.00pm
The first three valid entries drawn at random for the Prize Draws for each of Prize Draw Periods 1 & 2 and the first valid entry for Prize Draw 3 will each win a Prize. Each winner will receive a 8 X 5 foot custom designed tradesman trailer in charcoal grey with white styled wheels, fitted with hydraulic brakes and a rated Gross> Vehicle Mass of 2000kg. Each trailer is filled with associated Boral and Rondo products (Prize).
Retail value of each trailer including all on road costs is $5090.00 (inc GST)
Retail value of Boral Compounds products is $1150.00 (inc GST)
Retail value of Rondo beads valued at $2000.00 (inc GST)
Prize valued at $8240.00 (inc GST)
Total Prize Pool is $57,680.00 (inc GST)
The Winners will be notified by phone and in writing within 2 days of each draw date and all prize winners will be published in The Australian Newspaper on 6 December 2013 for Prize Draw 1 and on 4 April 2014 for each of Prize Draws 2 & 3.
In the event that a Prize is not accepted or claimed within 3 months of a draw and subject to any written directions given by a relevant lotteries or gaming authority, the relevant winner's entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws at 9.00 am (AEST) on 16 June 2014 at the same location as the original draws as is necessary to distribute any remaining Prizes. Any winners will be notified in writing within 2 days of the draw and their name published in the Australian Newspaper on the 18 June 2014.
Winners are able to collect their Prize from one of the participating Boral retail outlets in Victoria.
Prize winners are responsible for ensuring the tow vehicle and trailer combination meets relevant state or federal laws. The Promoter, its shareholders, and their related bodies corporate (including their employees, officers and agents) bear no liability for the prize winner failing to comply with state or national laws.
All entries to the Promotion may be subject to verification by the Promoter. Entrants may be requested by the Promoter to supply evidence of account holder identity, address and eligibility to enter or win.
The Promoter reserves the right to draw an additional reserve entry in the event an invalid entry is drawn (deemed invalid by the Promoter). The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the relevant lotteries or gaming authority.
If the Promotion is not able to run as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right at it's discretion and subject to any written directions provided by the relevant lotteries or gaming authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and these terms and conditions.
The use of any automated entry software or other mechanism or electronic means that enables an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupt or misdirected entries, receipts, claims or correspondence due to transmission interruption, communications failure or other such reasons. The Promoter, its shareholders, and their related bodies corporate (including their employees, officers and agents) will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death whether direct, indirect, special or consequential that may be suffered or incurred in connection with the Promotion or by accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to minimum allowable by law).
The Promoter, its shareholders, and their related bodies corporate (including their employees, officers and agents) will not be liable for any damage to Prizes in transit.
All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information provided by entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and may be disclosed to third parties, including Boral Australian Gypsum Limited for the purpose of conducting the Promotion or used for future direct marketing purposes by the Promoter. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
