Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is only open to persons who are residents of Australia and
who are 15 years of age or over (eligible persons). Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, participating sponsors associated with the promotion and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
Entry is made by: correctly completing an ‘Information Request Form’ and returning it to Avondale/ an Avondale representative during the competition timeframe.
The competition runs from February 1, 2014 until October 27, 2014. The promoter’s decision concerning receipt is final. One entry only will be reviewed. An employee of Avondale will select the winning entries at 10:00am on Friday October 31, 2014 at 582 Freemans Drive, Cooranbong, NSW. Each valid entrant who has completed the form over the duration of the promotional period will be entered into the draw. 1 x valid entrant will be drawn at random to become the winner and they will be notified by email and phone.
To be eligible to win the Apple iPad mini Wi-Fi 16GB prize, customer must have completed an ‘Information Request Form’ from Avondale.
All entries become the property of the promoter, and may be used in future marketing exercises. The judges‚ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
The total prize value is approximately $369.00 RRP. The prize consists of an Apple iPad Mini Wi-Fi 16GB.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Any change in value of the prize occurring between the writing of these conditions and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
The promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions, forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further draw(s) at the same place and time as the original draw on February 7, 2015. The selected entrant will be notified by email and phone.
The winner will be notified by phone and the prizewinner will be issued with an Apple iPad Mini Wi-Fi 16GB via registered post.
