The Promoter of the competition is BRP Australia Pty Limited, ABN 64 097 370 100 of 6 Lord Street, Botany, 2019. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The competition is a game of skill in which chance plays no part in determining the winners. To enter, individuals must, before 28/2/2014, visit win.brppromo.com and register your details, follow the prompts on the competition entry page, input the requested details including the answer in 25 words or less to the following question "In 25 words or less, tell us about your greatest day on the water?” and submit the fully completed entry form. There is one (1) prize only in the competition. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Only one entry is permitted per person. The winning entry will win a Sally Fitzgibbon Skinned Sea-Doo Spark which is a Sea-Doo 2UP Spark 60HP, 12 Months Registration, Trailer & Two life jackets, Total Prize Value of $9000 AUD. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Competition commences 6pm 11/11/2013 Sydney. AEST.
Entries close 12pm, noon, on 28/02/2014 AEST. The winner will be judged on Friday, 07/03/2014, by the judging panel at BRP Australia, 6 Lord Street, Botany, NSW, 2019. The prize winners will be notified on Friday, 07/03/2014 via win.brppromo.com, as well as by telephone and email. The winner will also be published on the Sally Fitzgibbon Facebook Page. The promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and will not disclose information to third parties (excluding Australian regulatory authorities). Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter.
