SECTION 1: PROMOTION

The Promotion will commence at 6am on Thursday, 6
September 2013 and will
close at a time and on a date to be advised by the
Promoter on or prior to Thursday, 4 September 2014.
Subject to any changes in accordance with these ter
ms and conditions, the Prize Draw will occur weekly
at 8.30pm (
Prize Draw Time
) and the Prize Draw Announcement will occur weekly
at 9pm (
Prize Draw
Announcement Time
) on Thursdays (
Prize Draw Day
) during the Promotion Period. The Promoter
reserves the right to change the weekly Prize Draw
Day, Prize Draw Time and Prize Draw
Announcement Time or declare that more than one Pri
ze Draw will be held in any week or that a Prize
Draw will not be held any week at any time upon not
ification in accordance with Term 13. All times
recorded throughout these terms and conditions are

SECTION 2: ELIGIBILITY
4. Eligibility:
Unless otherwise determined by the Promoter in acc
ordance with these Terms and
Conditions, to be eligible to enter the Promotion,
the entrant must be an Active Contactable Crown Clu

Member. The Promoter reserves the right to change t
he eligibility requirements of the Promotion at any
time upon notification in accordance with Term 13.
5. Non-Eligibility:
In addition to the criteria for being eligible, pe
rsons are not eligible to enter the
Promotion or win any Prize if:
a. they are an employee of the Promoter;
b. they are an immediate family member, being a spo
use, partner, sibling, parent or child, of the
following employees of the Promoter:

All members of the Executive Team.
c. they are excluded for any reason from the proper
ty of the Promoter;
d. any personal information or contact details are
entered incorrectly; or
e. they are a VIP Program Player (anyone not domici
led in Western Australia and / or interstate or

SECTION 3: ENTRY TO THE PROMOTION
6. Entry:
Unless otherwise determined by the Promoter in acco
rdance with these Terms and Conditions, all
eligible entrants who have satisfied the criteria i
n Term 4 are automatically entered into the Promoti
on.
The Promoter reserves the right to change the entry
mechanics of the Promotion at any time upon
notification in accordance with Term 13.
SECTION 4: DRAWS
7. Prize
Draws:
Unless otherwise determined by the Promoter in acco
rdance with these Terms and
Conditions, at the Prize Draw Time, a representativ
e of the Promoter will conduct a random virtual dra
w
using a random system where a Crown Club membership
number is randomly selected from all eligible
entrants, behind the Crown Club desk, Crown Perth t
o determine one Prize Winner per Prize Draw. This
Crown Club membership number will correspond to the
entrant’s name and will be announced by the
Promoter at the Prize Draw Announcement Time over t
he PA system and displayed on the plasma
screens on the Main Gaming Floor and any other venu
e determined by the Promoter from time to time
(subject to change by the Promoter).
In the event of a system malfunction, a report will
be generated as at the time that the Promoter’s
Corporate Data Warehouse Daily Load occurs (approxi
mately 6am) on the Prize Draw Day which will
include a list of eligible entrants as at that time
, and a random draw will take place from that list
to
determine one Prize Winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to change the Prize
Draw mechanics of the Promotion at any time upon
notification in accordance with Term 13.
8. Prize Winner:
Unless otherwise determined by the Promoter in acc
ordance with these Terms and
Conditions, the Prize(s) described below in Section
5 will be awarded to the first valid entry drawn a
nd
claimed as described in Term 12.
The Promoter reserves the right to change the metho
d and any criteria for determining the Prize Winner
at any time upon notification in accordance with Te
rm 13.
SECTION 5: PRIZE
9. Prize:
The Prize for the first Prize Draw is $100,000. Un
less otherwise determined by the Promoter in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Pri
ze for each subsequent Prize Draw will be $2,500
(plus any amount jackpotted from the previous week)
, and the Promoter reserves the right to increase
the Prize from $2,500 per Prize Draw by any amount
and for any Prize Draw. Unless otherwise
determined by the Promoter in accordance with these
Terms and Conditions, if the Prize Winner of a
Prize Draw does not claim the Prize in accordance w
ith Term 12, the Prize will not be given away but w
ill
jackpot by that amount the following week, and each
subsequent week of the Promotion Period until
validly claimed. Once a Prize has been claimed the
Prize will reset to $2,500 (or any amount higher th
an
$2,500 as determined by the Promoter) for the follo
wing Prize Draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to change the Prize
mechanics of the Promotion at any time, including
determining that either a portion of or a whole of
the Prize will be given away at any Prize Draw (inc
luding
incorporating a redraw term) or that the Prize or a
portion of the Prize will be awarded to more than
one
Prize Winner at any Prize Draw, upon notification i
n accordance with Term 13.
10. Prize Value:
The minimum total retail value of the Prize(s) is:
$2,500.
11. Prize Conditions:
The Prize(s) are subject to the following conditio
ns:
a.
No exchange of Prize:
If for any reason, a Prize Winner cannot take any
component of the Prize(s) or
the Prize(s), then the Prize will be forfeited.
b.
Ancillary Costs:
Subject to any provision to the contrary, and if ap
plicable, all transport, meals,
beverages, spending money, insurances, service char
ges, taxes, transfers and ancillary costs, includin
g
cost of travel to and from the airport and the prop
erty are not included in a Prize unless specified a
nd are
the responsibility of the Prize Winner.
c.
Taxes:
If a Prize(s) or receipt of it incurs a tax liabil
ity, the Prize Winner is liable for payment of such
tax.
d.
Prize Availability:
Subject to any provision to the contrary, and if a
pplicable, all components of the
Prize(s), including accommodation are subject to av
ailability and any separate and individual terms an
d
conditions applicable to that Prize, some of which
may not be within the control of the Promoter. In t
he
event that any component of a Prize is unavailable
for any reason, subject to State legislation, the
Promoter reserves the right to substitute that Priz
e component with another prize of equal value and t
he
Prize Winner will be notified accordingly.
12. Claim of Prize:
Unless otherwise determined by the Promoter in acco
rdance with these Terms and
Conditions, if the drawn entrant wishes to claim th
e Prize, the drawn entrant must be physically prese
nt
within the Promoter’s venue and confirm this fact a
nd his/her eligibility to win under these Terms and
Conditions by notifying a Crown Club host in person
at the promotional stage within two (2) minutes of
the actual Prize Draw Announcement Time of the rele
vant Prize Draw. If a draw is broadcast live into
another venue of the Promoter, the drawn entrant mu
st be physically present within the Promoter’s
venue and may claim the Prize by notifying one of t
he Promoter’s hosts in person within that venue by
the deadline. The drawn entrant must provide person
al identification to the satisfaction of the Promot
er. If
the drawn entrant fails to claim the Prize by the d
eadline, the drawn entrant will be deemed to have
forfeited his/her right to the Prize. The Promoter
reserves the right to change the requirements of
claiming a Prize in accordance with Term 13.
13. Contact and Notification:
The Promoter will not contact any Prize Winners to
notify them of the draw
outcome unless stated. The Promoter will provide at
least 1 weeks’ notification of any changes to the
operation of this Promotion as contemplated through
out these Terms and Conditions by providing a new
set of Terms and Conditions for that relevant Promo
tion Period at the Crown Club desk. Each eligible
entrant and all other persons release the Promoter
from any claim loss, damage, expense, cost or
charge related to such change.
14. Redraw:
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw, in acco
rdance with the Terms and Conditions of the
original draw, in the event of an entrant being una
ble to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or forfei
ting
their right to the Prize.
15. Winner Publicity:
The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use
Prize Winners’ names, suburbs,
photographs, images and likeness for the purpose of
promoting and advertising Crown Club and Crown
Perth unless a written request for anonymity is rec
eived from the Prize Winner(s).
SECTION 6: GENERAL CONDITIONS
16. Lost, Delayed Communication:
The Promoter will not be responsible for any delay
ed, lost or
misdirected mail or any other communication.
17. Release:
To the fullest extent permissible by law, each ent
rant in the Promotion including without
limitation the Prize Winner(s) and any other person
participating in the Promotion, releases the Promo
ter
from any claim, loss, damage, expense (including an
y claim for legal expenses), cost or charge
sustained or in any way incurred by such entrant in
connection with the Prize or their participation i
n the
Promotion or Claim of Prize. The Promoter, its rela
ted bodies corporate, their officers, employees and
agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or p
ersonal injury whatsoever (including but not limite
d to
direct, indirect, consequential and economic loss)
suffered or sustained in connection with this
Promotion, the promotion of this Promotion, or the
use of any Prize, except for any liability which ca

be excluded by law. Further, to the fullest extent
permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability f
or any
problems or technical malfunction of any telephone
network or lines, computer online systems, servers,
or providers, computer equipment, software, technic
al problems or traffic congestion on the Internet o

any website, or any unauthorised intervention, or a
ny combination thereof, including any non-delivery

corruption of entries to the Promoter, injury or da
mage to participants' or any other person's compute
