TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this "Win a holiday for 4to Disneyland" Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
ELIGIBILTY
2. Subject to condition 3, this Promotion is only open to Australian residents. (EligibleEntrant). Entrantsunder18yearsoldmusthaveparental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all terms and conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this Promotion.
3. The following are ineligible: (i) employees of the Promoter, Hannah’s Chance Foundation or any of the Promoter's agencies that are associated with the Promotion; (ii) the spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter's promotions.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
PROMOTION PERIOD
6. This Promotion commences on 00.01am AEDST on 02/01/2014 and ends at 5.00pm AEST on 7/4/2014 ("Promotion Period").
HOW TO ENTER
7. To enter this Promotion, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period, visit
www.hannahschancefoundation.org.au, click on the competition icon, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full name and valid email address, agree to sign up to the Hannah’s Chance, Classic Holidays and Shop A Docket databases and submit the fully completed entry form.
8. It is a condition of entering the Promotion that entrants agree for their personal information to be added to the Promoter’s and its agencies databases, to be used in accordance with the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions.
LIMITS ON ENTRY
9. Only (1) One entry per eligible person permitted.
10. Eligible Entrants will be eligible for an additional (1) entry if they make a donation to Hannah’s Chance Foundation by clicking on the donation icon on the closing page of registration.
DRAW DETAILS
11. The fortnightly draws for the Myer Gift Card will take place at Level 1, 5-13 Rosebery Ave, Rosebery on Thursday 16/1/14 at 12noon AEDST, then on the 30/1/14, 13/2/14, 27/2/14, 13/3/14 and 27/3/14 thereafter at the same times. The final major prize Holiday to be drawn at 12noon AEST on11/4/14. All valid entries received within the Promotional Period will be entered into the Prize draw. The Promoter reserves the right to draw reserves in case of an invalid entry or invalid entrant.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
12. The minor winners will be notified in writing via email within two (2) business days of each draw and winner’s names published on
www.shopadocket.com.au. A minor winner will only be deemed a winner once verified by the Promoter and the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The major prize winner will be notified in writing via email within 2 business days of the draw and winner details published on
www.shopadocket.com.au and in The Australian newspaper on 18/4/14.
PRIZES
13. There are six minor prizes and one major prize in total. The prizes consist of:
a. Minor prizes - 6 x $100 Myer Gift Cards and
b. Major Prize - 1 x Return flights for four people to Los Angeles, USA including accommodation as set out below in clause 14.
14. The major prize is a trip for four (4) adults to Los Angeles, valued at up to AU$9,000.00 AUD depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes: return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to Los Angeles, USA. Six (6) nights in a 2 adult and 2 children room at the Howard Johnson – Anaheim Resort. Return transfers from Los Angeles airport to the hotel with Disney Express and a four (4) day Disney park Hopper ticket.
15. Additional spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included in the major prize. The travel prize must be taken between 1/5/14 and 1/4/2015 excluding travel periods 10/12/14 to 30/1/15 and are subject to booking and flight availability.
16. The major prize winner (and their companion/s) is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. The major prize winner and their companion/s must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the travel prize. The major prize winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, that prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on behalf of the winner.
17. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the fortnightly prize are not included. Any unused balance of the fortnightly prize will not be awarded as cash.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
18. Any prize that has been won but remains unclaimed will be entered into the unclaimed prize draw. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same time and place as the major prize draw on 11/7/14 being at least 3 months after the date of the major draw) in order to distribute any unclaimed minor or major prizes. All non-winning entries will be included in the unclaimed prize draw. Minor winners, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the unclaimed prize draw and their names will also be published on
www.shopadocket.com.au. Any unclaimed major prize winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the unclaimed prize draw and their names published on
www.shopadocket.com.au and in The Australian on 18/7/14.
GENERAL
19. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
20. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
21. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
22. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and its agencies, the Promoter at its discretion, reserves the
right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
23. Total promotional prize pool value is up to $9,600.00 AUD
24. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
25. Any and all costs associated with collecting the prize (including but not limited to airfares, transport, accommodation and meals) are the sole responsibility of the
Participant.

Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
28. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
29. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
30. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
31. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
32. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and the promoters agencies (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
33. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non- Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and their agencies (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all
liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or correspondence that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether received by the Promoter or not) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant or winner; or (f) use of the prize.
PRIVACY
34. In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the Hannah’s Chance Foundation, Classic Holidays and Shop A Docket database. The Promoter and agencies, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the Hannah’s Chance Foundation Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter and agencies. Upon the entrant's request, all information provided will be removed from our active database. To request details to be removed, please go to the relative website and unsubscribe. Information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. All entries remain the property of the Promoter and agencies.
