(Promotional Weeks)
Eligible Entrants can enter the promotion as follows:
Registered players who have purchased an Eligible QuickPick using their Winners Circle Card or online account will automatically receive entry into both the corresponding Weekly Prize Draw and the Major Prize Draw.
Unregistered players who have purchased an Eligible QuickPick must enter the promotion during the Promotion Period by registering their ticket on the promotional website goldencasket.com/ozbday by completing in full the online entry form. Entry into the Major Prize Draw is automatic subject to entry into a Weekly Prize Draw. Unregistered players are required to retain their Eligible QuickPick entries to verify their eligibility as a winner.
An Eligible QuickPick that is successful in winning a Divisional Prize in any of the Oz Lotto Draws as outlined above in clause 6.1 is still eligible to enter this promotion.
Multi-Week and Advance entries purchased into one or more of the Eligible Oz Lotto Draws as outlined above in clause 6.1 will be eligible to receive an entry into this promotion. Registered Players will receive automatic entry as per clause 6.4 (a). Unregistered Players are required to follow the steps outlined in clause 6.4 (b) in order to enter the promotion.
If an Eligible QuickPick is cancelled the entry will not be valid to enter this promotion.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
Weekly Prize Draws:
There are three (3) Weekly Prize Draws during the Promotion Period. For each Weekly Prize draw there are ten (10) Harvey Norman Gift Cards (Gift Cards) valued at $1,000 each to be won. In addition to these Terms and Conditions the Gift Cards are subject to their own Terms and Conditions. The total value of all the prizes in the Weekly Prize Draws in the promotion is $30,000. If a prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of similar value.
The winning entries for the Weekly Prize Draws will be drawn randomly by computer on the dates and times set out in the table in clause 5.3 above at 87 Ipswich Road, Woolloongabba, Queensland.
The first ten (10) valid entries drawn for each Promotional Week will win a prize subject to that entrant: (i) producing to the Promoter when requested photo identification or other identification acceptable to the Promoter which confirms that the entrant was 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase of the Eligible QuickPick relating to the entry drawn in the Minor Prize Draw; and (ii) completing a statutory declaration signed by a Justice of the Peace confirming details about the entrant and their entry. The Promoter's decision as to the result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Major Prize Draw:
There is one (1) Major Prize Draw in which six (6) winners will be drawn and each prize winner will receive one (1) 2014 plated Nissan Pathfinder 4WD ST Automatic comprising of:
Standard fittings and colour Cayenne Red;
On road costs including dealer delivery and statutory charges;
12 months registration from date of collection of the vehicle; and
Third party insurance which forms part of the statutory Queensland Transport Registration/Insurance and stamp duty charges.
Any optional extras, accessories, comprehensive insurance, fuel or maintenance not stated as included in the Prize are the responsibility of the winner and do not form part of the Prize.
The total drive away price of each vehicle, including the items stated as included above, as at the commencement of the Promotion Period is $49,013.
If the prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of similar value.
The winning entries for the Major Prize Draw will be drawn randomly by computer on 17 February 2014 at 87 Ipswich Road, Woolloongabba, Queensland.

Notification to prize winners: We will attempt to contact the Weekly Prize winners and the Major Prize winners within 14 days after each draw and their names may be published on the Promoter’s website. The Promoter may also announce or publish the initials and suburb or town of the prize winner in any media, including the Promoter's website.
Delivery of Prizes:
Weekly Prizes: The prizes will be delivered to the prize winners as soon as practicable, alternatively a prize winner may elect to collect their prize from the Promoter but that election must be made at the time the prize winner is notified of their win.
Major Prizes: The prizes must be collected by the prize winners as soon as practicable at the dealership specified by Golden Casket. Any costs associated with collection of the prize (other than as specified in clause 8.1 above) will be met by the prize winners.
No right to transfer prize: The right to any of the prizes in this promotion are not transferable or assignable to another person, or redeemable for cash.
Validity of entries: The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an entry or disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. The decision to verify, validate or disqualify an entry is in the Promoter's absolute discretion.
Computer System issues: No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer system, software or Internet difficulties, including any damage to an entrant's computer, resulting from participation in the promotion. Any costs associated with accessing or submitting entries are the entrant's responsibility.
Liability: The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in relation to the promotion or a prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Force Majeure: If the Promoter is prevented from or delayed in performing an obligation by Force Majeure then the obligation is suspended during, but for no longer than, the period the Force Majeure continues and any further period that is reasonable in the circumstances. "Force Majeure" means an event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, which occurs without the fault or negligence of the Promoter.
Delay or modification to conduct of the promotion: Subject to obtaining the approval from the regulator (if applicable), the Promoter reserves the right to delay or modify any aspect of this promotion if for any reason it is not capable of running as planned (including without limitation, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, fraud, technical failures, power failures or due to any other causes unforeseen or beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion) but only to the extent necessary to overcome the issue that is affecting the running of the promotion as planned.
Privacy: By participating in the promotion, an entrant authorises the Promoter Group, and contractors and agents of the Promoter Group, to access, collect and use personal information about the entrant, and disclose personal information about the entrant, to the Promoter Group and its contractors and agents, for the purposes of (i) conducting the promotion and (ii) providing the entrant with information about products and services of the Promoter Group. Such information may be provided electronically, or by contacting the entrant by telephone or other means, until such time as the entrant asks the Promoter not to provide further information. A prize winner may be asked by the Promoter to participate in publicity associated with the promotion. The prize winner will have the right to elect whether or not to participate in that publicity.
Failure to provide personal information: If an entrant does not provide the personal information requested, the entrant cannot participate in the promotion and will not receive information about products and services of the Promoter Group.
