Contesting: An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”.
Entry Restrictions
Entrants must:

o Have a valid passport with at least six (6) months left on their passport after the intended departure from the destination. o Must not have a criminal record.
o Be able to satisfy any other such requirements deemed necessary for the purpose of travel to the destination.

Entry Procedure
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
1. Visit the Website, complete the registration form and provide the first name and suburb of (7) seven of their friends.
2. From all registered entrants, the Promoter will conduct a draw to determine a Contestant.
3. The Promoter will speak to the Contestant on air and will solicit for the Contestants nominated friends (as provided on the registration page) to call 13 33 53 within a nominated time frame.
4. For each nominated friends that call 13 33 53, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the major prize draw.
5. The Promoter will conduct a draw to determine a Major Prize Winner.
To Win:
Each Contesting Day, the Promoter will judge entrants to determine a minor prize winner and will conduct a draw to determine a major prize winner.

All tickets are only valid for the date or period specified on the tickets or by the provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
Should the Prize include an event at which alcohol will be served, participants must be aged 18 years or over. Minors are not permitted to attend the Event. All prize winners and their guests must carry valid photo identification with them at all times during the Event. If alcohol is made available as part of the prize at the Event, then this will be provided subject to the principles of responsible service of alcohol as exercised by the staff and management of the premises at which the Event takes place. The premises staff and management reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any prize winner or their accompanying guest should they be deemed to be intoxicated.
The Prize may require booking and completing as specified by the Promoter or by the prize provider. The Prize is subject to booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers. All costs associated with a travel prize which are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, including additional spending money, passport and visa costs, transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the winner. The winner and any travelling companion(s) must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier. The winner and any Travel Companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance (if not included in the prize) and documents to travel to the relevant location(s) (including any passports and visas). Any alterations or extensions to confirmed Prize Details must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the expense of the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any resulting costs incurred by the winner or any Travel Companion(s) (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the winner. Travel Companions
A Major Prize Winner may nominate seven (7) guests (Travel Companion(s)) to accompany them to participate in the Prize fulfilment, subject to eligibility criteria as stipulated below.
To be eligible to participate in the Major Prize, Travel Companion(s) must meet the following eligibility criteria; Travel Companion(s) must:
(a) be aged 18 years or older;
(b) be in possession of a machine readable passport with at least six (6) months left on their passport after the intended departure from the destination.
(c) carry valid photo identification at all times; and
(a) be available to travel on specific dates to be advised by the Promoter, which are subject to change.
Travel Companions must sign and execute all relevant documents to participate in the Promotion and the Prize in accordance with the instructions of the Promoter.
Winners are wholly responsible for communicating all relevant information about the Promotion and or their obligations and responsibilities to their nominated Travel Companions.
